Yes this is ugly.
Keep in mind the next steps.
The lists of every thing you have ever purchased with those accounts
The lists of everyone whom you have ever shipped a package to via FedEx or UPS
The lists of everyone who has ever paid money into your account.
It gets ugly fast.
Yes, they would cost much more.
But not because of price gouging.
Because the military adds all kinds of specs, testing and certification to things that drive the price up.
Are you suggesting that Vista will run on a $25.00 thrift store PC?
I can tell you that the latest version of OSX and MS Office, will run on a $100.00 used Mac.
I do it every day on my B&W G3 400.
You can verify said prices here. http://www.baucomcomputers.com/
I have flown these rockets.
I have dismantled motors and lit the propellant grain material for fun.
It does very little.
It is not dangerous any more than other flammable materials such as cigarette lighters, paper, wood, duraflame logs, etc.
The bottle of rubbing alcohol in your bathroom is more of a danger.
These stupid knee-jerk reactions without the facts are amazing.
Don't believe me?
Go to the hobby shop, and by a reloadable motor reload kit and try it yourself.
Ok, look around the world.
As long as you have more than one religion there is a reason to attack.
Wait.. if you have only on religion, the minor groups still attack each other.
So this magic "make people not want to attack us" is just so much nonsense.
I have a observed a huge number of orphan SWG players, myself included, who cannot find the game they are looking for.
A diverse demographic that enjoyed the "World" that they had created are now lost without an imaginary world to dwell in.
"Are you kidding? How the hell do you think ammonium perchlorate propels a rocket? "
Ammonium perchlorate is only one component in solid propellant which may include metals and is bound in a matrix of synthitic rubber.. The propellant burns at a rate related to the surface area and chamber pressure, it does NOT explode. If you take a chunk of this solid propellant and light it, it does burn, but it is not particularly impressive. I can assure you, no explosion. You can do alot more with household chemicals.
"Well, you're half right. What's important isn't controlling model rockets. It's controlling explosives, which happen to be used in model rockets."
You don't have a clue.
Model and/or high power rockets do not use explosives. The propellants used in rocket motors are worthless as explosives, they can at best rupture their casings making a bit of a boom but can cause little damage. In fact without the pressure of the casing they don't even burn very well. I do know and have flow rockets with both organizations mentioned in the article.
I also have to ask the question, Why? I thought this whole thread was a joke, but it seems you guys are serious. Why would anyone put up with this kind of nonsense to use a product? What is the thinking here?
It is quite interesting that you can tell by the posts who has and does not have a Wii.

This is about killing the advantage of unsigned bands selling their own MP3s.
Yes, and there were non-windows versions of almost all those games.
That is exactly what direct X is supposed to get rid of.
Why do you think that M$ gives IE away then?
But by your own logic, a Mac would be better.
A new Mac will run Windows (2000, XP, Vista), Linux or BSD and OSX.
"You could NOT pay me to admin a Mac computer." Is that your way of saying that if your customers had Macs you would be out of a job?
Now in addition to being swamped, they are going to be slashdotted by everyone checking if they really are swamped.
In a world where media can be copied you make money by performing, or embedding ads (as in Waynes World).
But World of Warcraft does run on a Mac.

Sounds like it's all part of the new world order.
This way we can have more common footing with the Taliban.

" Oh, I dunno. XP won't be outdated, because Longhorn won't be out by then! " Funny, I thought XP was already outdated.
I must disagree, this is one time that both mainstream candidates are so bad that voting third party is a no brainer.

This was out back in '98 with the Wallstreet PowerBooks.
Heck, I still use my 8500 daily and my webserver is a Quadra.
