I use earplug headphones from Ultimate Ears http://www.ultimateears.com/superfi/superfi-3-stud io_clear.htm both in server rooms and at construction sites. The real advantage I see in passive over active cancellation is that passive phones don't need a power source other than your music player. Etymotic http://www.etymotic.com/ also makes some but I haven't tried them, I do however swear by Etymotic earplugs when I don't want music in my ears.
They can just keep.doc as the default option for saving files. Most users never change the defaults, that's why I still get forwarded messages as attatchmets from outlook users.
Sure DDT kills mosqitoes. It's also a persistant endocrine disruptor, interfering with the reproduction of all animals it comes in contact with, including humans.

Just because a product is good at it's intende use doesn't mean we should disregard all other effects of its use.
Reduction of the amuont of lead in our products is a win from all sides, in my opinion. (except for lead miners) Less lead in the factory process is the major benefit that I see.
I completely agree, and if the contract precludes fines and criminal charges, perhaps a civil suit.
Any voter from the counties known to have voting machine trouble could start a class-action. Actually maybe any voter in California, because the election is now in doubt.
