If everyone started to hold each other to higher standards, I'm sure you'd be surprised at the numbers of people who would rise to the challenge.
Sure, if money is no object, then why wouldn't you just amazon.com everything and never leave the house at all ! Unfortunately, not everyone is independently wealthy.
