Most of the comments here are bashing people about complaining.
I have a Motorola v220 cell phone. It stays in my pocket all the time. The screen is not noticeably scratched. I've had it for over a year.
For the first two days I had my nano, I kept it in my pocket at times. It is so scratched from those two days that much of its visual appeal is lost. It was only scratched by the fiber in the pockets. This is a result of cheap material. If Apple spends a little bit more for protection of the screens, they will have happy customers (and won't be getting sued).
To all of you who think I should have had a case, I couldn't. All local stores were sold out of the Apple skins, and there weren't any 3rd party cases available yet.
Let's tax legal porn to find illegal porn! Great idea!
This is almost as good an idea as one in my home town. The city is building a new convention center/hotel. The only problem is they don't have money for it. Great idea! Let's make a hotel tax for all the other hotels in the county to pay for this new hotel. I'm sure they'll love it. (The convention center is so far behind schedule due to the hotels boycotting the tax, and the citizens protesting it)
Don't use my computer resources for ads, and I will tolerate them.
When AIM started using flash ads, I switched to gaim. When flash ads became more prominent on web sites, I used flash blocker and adblock. Now I don't see any ads. Why? The ad companies got greedy. I will deal with annoying banners. NOT annoying flash and java applets.
Executives confirmed that the company plans to enhance its Opteron enterprise processor line to four cores in 2007
Server software that is likely to be running on these processors will be threaded. Whether or not hyperthreading would work is irrelevant since AMD doesn't support hyperthreading and hyperthreading != multiple cores
Come on. Is MoFo the best abbreviation for firefox? What about FF? I got to the summary line, something like MoFo Ben blah blah and stopped. Obviously whoever wrote this was not in a clear state of mind. At the least, it's flamebait. At the most, it's troll.
Sadly enough, from the summary on/. I think it's something that does need to be discussed, but not in that manner.
There were 6 theatres open for the primiere, but that line was for one theatre that didn't open early for some reason. I went right in to my theatre (two hours early). Then again, I had no crazy costume.
I see the need for everyone to release server type updates at the same time, but not client things like web browsers. If there is a bug for Mozilla announced and your distribution doesn't have an immediate fix, don't use it. Ta-da! Use one of the many other browsers in the meanwhile.
I really hope Lucas (maybe it would be better if someone else wrote the dialogue...) makes movies for the last episodes. The storyline is already written for him! The books in the expanded universe have a great story already.
I thought I recall seeing an article about Linuxworld getting rid of that bad editor/writer in question (O'Gram). Or did they get rid of her and they still want to leave?
Read the complaint, it's hilarious. I don't understand if he is claiming the price fixing is to free, or not free. Then again, his argument doesn't really make any sense either way.
Actually, if you had went to the store and bought one of those songs, you might have seen some other things you liked. In fact, you might have been interested in the entire store. So, the price of each song you downloaded is $50,000. You can download one song, but then you owe the record industry $49742.
I can answer #5, at least. Those classes are for Spring '06.
If you are trying to convince me that Wikipedia is not credible, you probably shouldn't be using a "Wikipedia sucks" page.
Unless they had some reason to think you were going to cause havoc, they were the ones acting unprofessional.
If you work for the FBI, disconnect now!
What, you can't arrest me, you weren't allowed to connect to the server!

My social contract goes like this:

"I don't know. I've never used Linux"
I have to wonder if the tester was even using office. Why would msworks.exe would be running? Isn't word included in newer version of works?
Is it the same as the one in office?
Yet Another Misinformed Summary

Try 50. Expensive!
I have never heard of Hiper before. Anyway, I decided to see how much this PS costed.. and I couldn't find it for sale anywhere.
Considering most cases come with a decent power supply, there isn't much room for expensive power supplies.
Are there any technical reports out of what happened to the network? What is the russian equivilant of NANOG?
Inquirer using mofo
Inquirer using firefox
I know it's a real abbreviation, but I think it was chosen (for this article) in poor taste.

Where would I find that?
I thought I recall seeing an article about Linuxworld getting rid of that bad editor/writer in question (O'Gram). Or did they get rid of her and they still want to leave?
What would I do without all the insightful, anonymous 3 steps to PROFIT comments?
It sounds vaguely familiar...

If you're going to pay a tax for it, you should be entitled to it.
