    Uh, no. I doubt anyone is thinking this will be someone's only computer. Just shell in via telnet or ssh via WiFi. If a CLI is too hard for you, then setup an X server.

    You're wrong. To quote from the lawsuit, it is about multiple files

    ...regarding a number of gun-related items, including a trigger guard, grips, two receivers, a magazine for AR-15 rifles, and a handgun (the "Published Files").

    Not just the Liberator pistol, as you claim.

    US regulations define the "gun" to be the receiver (usually the part that the other parts attach to). Other parts are unregulated and can be easily purchased. On some firearm designs, like the AR-15, the receiver does not require a great deal of strength, because the bolt and barrel lock together to take the force of firing. So, making one from plastic isn't as dangerous as you think. The parts requiring strength are still made of metal.

    While 3D printed guns made entirely of plastic guns have been made, it was more of a "let's see if it's even possible," than a practical goal.

    Goldwater was a Republican, and mostly preceded the creation of the Libertarian Party (he was also a small-l libertarian). Ron Paul would be a better question, as he was a member of the Libertarian Party, but he too ran on the Republican ticket.

    Fact is, there has never been a Libertarian member of Congress. The Libertarians who do hold office are overwhelmingly at the city/county level.

    Most (?) cell phone companies have explicit privacy policies, which should both prevent them from releasing customer data unless legally required (i.e. a warrant), and at the same time give the customer a reasonable expectation of privacy. The king (11th Circuit) has no clothes.

    Depends on the water quality. Just a particulate filter and softener are pretty common in my area. A softener will remove small amounts of iron, but there are systems ("iron filters") which will remove higher levels. But none of the above will remove organic chemicals or biologicals.

    Where do you get that? According to the article:

    For the EM Drive, the one in question here, thrust comes in consistently at between 30-and-50 microNewtons, where the limit of the measuring device is 10-to-15 microNewtons.

    That's only correct if you believe that the $120K house he mentions now costs $350K because of lower interest rates. I submit that is not the case. House prices may rise with lower interest rates and increased affordability, but not nearly that much. The example buyer is getting much more for their monthly payment with lower interest rates.
