Not only are you critical of reasonable answers, but your own answer doesn't even match the question. The 10K clock is powered mechanically, not electrically.

Uh, no. I doubt anyone is thinking this will be someone's only computer. Just shell in via telnet or ssh via WiFi. If a CLI is too hard for you, then setup an X server.
You're wrong. To quote from the lawsuit, it is about multiple files
...regarding a number of
gun-related items, including a trigger guard, grips, two receivers, a magazine for AR-15 rifles, and a
handgun (the "Published Files").
US regulations define the "gun" to be the receiver (usually the part that the other parts attach to). Other parts are unregulated and can be easily purchased. On some firearm designs, like the AR-15, the receiver does not require a great deal of strength, because the bolt and barrel lock together to take the force of firing. So, making one from plastic isn't as dangerous as you think. The parts requiring strength are still made of metal.
While 3D printed guns made entirely of plastic guns have been made, it was more of a "let's see if it's even possible," than a practical goal.
Goldwater was a Republican, and mostly preceded the creation of the Libertarian Party (he was also a small-l libertarian). Ron Paul would be a better question, as he was a member of the Libertarian Party, but he too ran on the Republican ticket.
Most (?) cell phone companies have explicit privacy policies, which should both prevent them from releasing customer data unless legally required (i.e. a warrant), and at the same time give the customer a reasonable expectation of privacy. The king (11th Circuit) has no clothes.
Depends on the water quality. Just a particulate filter and softener are pretty common in my area. A softener will remove small amounts of iron, but there are systems ("iron filters") which will remove higher levels. But none of the above will remove organic chemicals or biologicals.
For the EM Drive, the one in question here, thrust comes in consistently at between 30-and-50 microNewtons, where the limit of the measuring device is 10-to-15 microNewtons.
That's only correct if you believe that the $120K house he mentions now costs $350K because of lower interest rates. I submit that is not the case. House prices may rise with lower interest rates and increased affordability, but not nearly that much. The example buyer is getting much more for their monthly payment with lower interest rates.
"According to Gallup's 2002 Index of Leading Religious Indicators, 88% of those with postgraduate degrees believe in God."
What definition of God? The omnipotent, omnipresent, immortal, intelligent creator one, or the Mother Nature one?

$9 with $5 shipping on Kickstarter, at least in the US.
Not just the Liberator pistol, as you claim.

...and it takes a finite amount of time for the capacitors to discharge and the transformer fields to collapse.

Fact is, there has never been a Libertarian member of Congress. The Libertarians who do hold office are overwhelmingly at the city/county level.
So, where are these "voting records" you're referring to?
Sorry about the URI - seems Slashdot not only screws up non-ASCII text, but even URIs containing HTML character codes.
Try this: " http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L... "
105: Is the patient alive?

164: Do we accept their insurance?
Pretty much. There's a long history of Lèse-majesté laws. It's good to be the King, at least until the peasants revolt.
should != does

I don't think he even understands the concept of drinking water coming out of a tap.
But we make our wo-men wear clothing.
So, your logic is that if there weren't a Standard Oil, there would be no gas stations, and we'd still be riding horses.
Where do you get that? According to the article:
But $577,820,000 in 2014 losses (and they've never made a profit)? Sell at a loss, and make it up in volume?
Believe it or not, but some companies actually make a profit on their revenue.

They need to get some politicians involved. They're good at spin control.
Congress would certainly be more popular if they were all buried 200 miles below ground.
Are you forgetting about the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, and the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada, among others?
This bias can obviously be blamed on an ingrained bias dating to the male hunter/female gatherer sexism of early hominids.
