after looking at their site, if i wanted to use it i would need to get a legit copy of windows, then a legit copy of anydvdhd and run all of that with physical access to my BR drive from a VM.
I don't think the issue is with what they are doing, simply how they are advertising it on billboards/radio/tv/etc. Even if their website says otherwise, it could still be a problem if they advertise otherwise.
hmm i have texting disabled on my tmobile account. It will not receive a text message other than the ones from T-Mobile(about me paying my bill and such), and those are free. Now i don't have a pre-paid sim, so maybe those are different.
what hardware? SOHO and up printers should all work, almost every wired NIC is supported. Sure cheep wireless cards, and some brands of printers, and some webcams(i'm not really sure i don't have one). IBM/Dell/HP notebooks shoud be fairly well supported as long as you get teh ones with athros/intel wifi in them.
There may be some raid controllers without linux support, but are those ones even worth buying for a windows server?
my 2 killer apps for business, CAD(solidworks/proE/Autocad/Revit/catia/etc) and all of those vendor selection tools. I could migrate the vba stuff mostly to OO.o and python, but it's hard to get some random vendor to release a linux version of the tool written using winforms and.NET.
would you like to send a few over for my 2 year old and 4 year old to play with/get into? Yes, for adults the coating is good enough, but let your 4 year old discover he can spin on them, or decide they are skis....
so AC, heat, a radio, and windows that can be opened. Sums up both my cars right there.
Have you see the base model ford focus? no AC, no FM radio, no power windows/locks, no sat nav, etc. so yes this looks like "standard 4 passanger" to me.
Yes i have seen it show up there, and i know i can rate them there as well. I was thinking more for stuff i have seen outside of netflix. Kinda a pain to rate on the ps3, and i hardly need to login on the computer these days. My dvd cue is ~80 long, and i can search the streaming stuff from the ps3.
sounds like crumple zones in standard road cars to me. As for "hitting" a 5 point, you shouldn't you should be firmly strapped into it and the seat before you start moving. Now i'm sure you can get bruised by them, if you are moving forwards to hit the straps you "are doing it wrong".
Isn't the iPad basically openGL ES? as well as most andriod phones? ohh and anything with the tegra2 in it... and lots of ARM based devices.... and ...
bet you can grow lots of tomatoes with them...

I use that method twice, just to be safe.
dang! i thought i was the only one with that password...
could the GP check me too ::1

really TN? might as well tell him to move out to the bush and install a microwave transmitter...

I think you went about it backwards, use LDAP, and then samba to tie in the windows machines to that. not the other way around.

Well some have TVs/monitors without HDCP that are high enough res for 1080P but bluray player won't talk to them at full res.
P.S. AnyDVD-HD have a linux port yet?
it may also allow single use numbers by using a sequence known to your card and the bank, like those FOB authenticators.
yes, but is QT4 installed on GNOME systems on Ubuntu? That seems like a waste when i'll always be running the GTK version of transmission.

needs to be closer to $1.07 in my state for a $1 candy bar. see sales tax.
sure, i bet it can be done on a AVR of a PIC. I may need a FPGA as well for the decryption, but such is life.
by GUI i meant one that is mouse driven. most of my GUI speed complaints are based on having "click targets", even worse if they move.
yes, but most of teh money isn't spent on safety gear. It's spent on areo, suspension etc etc.

i thought most prop planes these days were turbo props, basically a turbine engine hooked to a prop but i could be wrong.
but with none of the enzymes used in a factory to process HFCS, just a bit of bee spit.
hehe, I think I'll start using "medium fructose bee syrup" from now on. sounds so much more fun to use than "honey".
*goes off to find some medium fructose bee syrup for his tea.
