or that surprise gunshot after minutes of dialog... like the scene where Mel is talking to the operative in the tea house and the operative says "I'm completely unarmed" then "BLAM!!" yea, that will wake kids up.. fucking blu-ray disk comes with 90 different languages, but not one low dynamic range English track.
I hear the good receivers can do this for the digital audio already. I know some of the really really good analog ones could as well. They usually label it something like "nighttime mode" or something similar. I wonder how much processing power is needed to do audio compression...
and doing ipv4 to ipv6 to ipv4 seems like a dumb idea. Now my WII and PS3 both do not support ipv6. I'm not sure if mediatomb(upnp server) does or not.
If my router could get an ipv6 block from my ISP (qwest) and my router(linksys wrt54g v8 with ddwrt micro) supported ipv6 and my router could do the ipv4 to ipv6 "NAT"ing I'd move to ipv6.
All of the real computers in the house all support ipv6, so bring it on.
wait a few years, your toaster will have 48 cores(cheapest chip available), you shoes will have 64, and your computer 2308742938462034720397423097423...
i think that one went the other way around. but it's been many years since the xfree86 to xorg transition. It wasn't really a transition anyways, more like xfree86 just kindda died. I'm sure some developers moved but still.
it's not the speeding ticket(the reason he was pulled over in the first place) that was dismissed. It was the wire tapping charge, for wearing a head mounted camera that was. If you remember this was the plain clothes off duty cop that cut the motorcyclist off, then got out of his car with is firearm drawn, and shouted "hand up and get of the motorcycle slowly" a few times and then finally said "get off the bike state police" all while having his badge mostly covered by his shirt. The motorcyclist admitted to speeding/reckless operation of a motor vehicle. Anyways, no it wasn't a "ticket" that was overturned.
If i ask the court to look as i feel the plaintiff feels contrary to the suit IRL. So I ask the court to look on facebook to see if he/she has been posting contrary to their position on court. The court looks at my reasons for wanting that information, and in this case decided to let me "discover" what is there. Seems fine to me. Don't be claiming you are injured in court and then brag that you are sueing some guy in court over your paper cut on FB.
hehe i have a AMD-athlon X2 2300BE (before BE was black edition and was the marker for low power) in an AM2 uatx motherboard. Its time for an upgarde, but i'd like to move to mini-itx, and there is only 1 am3(95w max) mini-itx board with a pci-e slot in it and it used so-dimms. AMD needs to make one themselves, AM3(125w), regualr ddr3 slots, PCI-E 2.1.
IT's a shame because there are a few decent h55 based ones for intel.
Or they could just use SDL from the start and have all of that on all of the platforms. TBH i don't really care if you don't want to do a full port to linux, but at least list "works with wine version X.Y.Z" or something.

but will happen, think mars + that new planet with life on it*
unconfirmed but 100% :P
almost, we have rental cars and taxis, but otherwise yes, you'd better hope you have a friend to give you a ride.
tell adobe.... let them do it, or provide doc/\ and protection to do it...

SG1 get ready to ship out to P3X-763!
They put a human in Voyager 1?!!??!
and 17fps @1920x1080 so... as it will scale to 64 cores, it should be doable on an X4, or an i7Q or even a lowend gpu.
i get 129fps @640x480 on my AMD Athlon X2 BE-2400+ (2.3ghz 4gb DDR2 dualchan ram) according to the test operation suppled with the program.
a raid 5.1 of 10k rpm sas drives say, 12 spindles, should be enough. maybe 4 500GB SSDs would be as well.
So no i don't have A disk that can do it, but you can do it with a few disks.
but still more power than simply not needing to encrypt video signals sent to sinks...

I can't paste in chrome either.

Who's to say that some of the people reviewing the code are not in fact web app professionals doing it in their free time(volunteer)?

ALL HAIL HIS HOLY NOODLELYNESS!!!!

well this is just short of the hardware level where WINE is using DX -> Userspace OpenGL right now.
OpenAL, or SDL. SDL handles networking and graphics as well. It is the open equivalent of DirectX.
and it works on all major open platforms (OSX, Windows, linux) embedded devices will vary.
