This should be a cautionary tale for any society that allows fundamentalism to rule public discourse and science.
(This coming from someone living in Kansas USA, where many would like creationism in the schools)
Notice in the video where the guy watches with his hands on his hips whereas the girl instinctively reaches out as the device teeters forward? Will we have a whole generation of roboMoms?
IANAL but isn't that the current strategy of many current deep pocket organizations? (MAFIAA?) Loser pays makes weak cases less attractive to bring but strong cases less attractive to defend against. There needs to be consequence when any person or organization tries to misuse the judicial system to punish competition or opposition.
