    The whole voting process seems designed to obfuscate the issues. At least in the CA elections a ballot guide with outlines on issues and candidates were mailed to voters. I now live in KS where you have to go on a quest to find information of any depth on issues and candidates.

    It's almost as if they're hiding something ...

    The stuff is great;
    2" schedule 40 is sturdy enough for kids to build their own play structure.
    1-1/2 makes good whacking sticks.
    3" with a valve and an air compressor you can make an air cannon that does away with the hairspray but can still fire a tennis ball out of sight!

    It's easy to cut to size and most connectors necessary are easy to buy at the local big-box store.
    Watch out for the adhesives though, that warning about use in a "well ventilated" area is a real WARNING.

    Accountability will start on the 2nd Tuesday of next week... The short answer to your question: NEVER!! Politics are corrupt and insulated from accountability for that corruption that is makes me depressed. Yet the media wants us to fret about the next presidents age or gender or race or who they are associated with in their past or how much money their spouse has made or (on and on).

    Issues? - nah, the "average american" finds them too complex to care about, only "policy wonks" care about that. Nice job blowing smoke up the publics a$$ to ensure the malice, incompetence, greed and evil of those who are in power (and seek power) is ignored by most.

    Like I said, it makes me depressed. (Wonder if Zoloft will be covered by my Universal Health Care?)

    It is the fear of the future the USA fallen victim to. The "baby boomers" are now reaching the "get-off-my-lawn" years and want to sink back into their barca-loungers and have warm and fuzzy ideas of the after-life. They grew up questioning authority and now that they are the authority they don't want to be questioned.
