  1. ING DIRECT on CEOs Who Invite Email From All Employees · · Score: 0

I can say from experience that ING DIRECT's CEO Arkadi Kuhlman is one of the nicest, most open guys I've ever met. I was an intern and they guy still took time to talk to me and answer my questions. The informality and social atmosphere of ING DIRECT really made me want to stay on full time.

They also write software for *GASP!!* Mac. And you spelled Symantec wrong. Good job there buddy.

  3. OMG Corporations are evil! on Mozilla Foundation Launches Mozilla Corporation · · Score: 0

Seriously people, why are you so afraid of a word? It seems to me that most people don't like corporations because they're stuck in their basements writing conspiracy theories on Slashdot instead of doing something productive. If you had any idea how to run a business, you would understand that being a corporation has a LOT of benefits.

Also, if Microsoft is the biggest evil in your world, you live an extremely sheltered life.

I'm not exactly sure what this means for the current crop of GeForce 6800s. Is nVidia writing them off and soon coming out with their better, or is this just adding to the 6800 line-up. I'm seriously hoping for the latter (as I want a BFG 6800GT badly...)

  6. Crazin'! on Alien Hominid Breaks New Grounds In Console 2D · · Score: 2

Man, it seems like years since I played that game on Newgrounds. I loved it. Old school, hard as hell side scrolling action. True, the graphics are cartoon perfect and fit the gameplay perfectly. If I remember correctly, biting heads off of G-Men was a real pleasure. If only Gordon Freeman could do that. Or at least Morgan Freeman...

  7. Was that necessary? on Doom 3 Hardware Guide Debuts · · Score: -1, Offtopic

Who gave that Edwards/Kerry thing a 2? Talk about off topic and insulting. I bet John McKean can kick Kerry's ass in UT. Did someone say Ultra Kill? Anyhow, I think it's kind of sad that I own an MSI GeForce 5900U and am still pining over the BFG 6800 GT. The fact that there is newer better stuff out there and I don't have it makes me hurt...

  8. Re:Gran Turismo on Favorite All-Time Videogame Box Art Rated · · Score: 1

Having said that, I can see why they'd choose that car for the cover. The Camaro has a normal "sports car" profile that anyone who thinks of a fast car can identify with. If it were a Porsche or a Impreza rally car, the mystery car could be taken for a common Voltzwagen or some other boring sedan.

Another question...do you know if that's the same cover they used in Japan? It seems the Camaro would resonate more with American audiences...

  9. Gran Turismo on Favorite All-Time Videogame Box Art Rated · · Score: 1

I've always loved the cover of the first Gran Turismo. I still remember buying it at FuncoLand and being absolutely amazed, especially with how good the high res replays looked. The cover is minimilistic and mysterious. You have never seen a racing game like this... And...the only good picture I can find is on EB's website and it won't let me link to the game. *sigh* ps - What kind of car do you think is under the cover?
