This is such Bull. WHO THE HELL CARES? People WHO DO BAD THINGs, that's who.
It's a GOOD IDEA to keep records of my online activity. If I get ripped off by an online vendor, they'll have records of my transaction should my computer die.
This is only a bad thing for people who don't want to get caught doing something wrong. Which from the ammount of privacy advocates out there, appears to be a ton of people!
Granted, I don't own a powerhouse computer company, but If I did, I'd make that a setting which is on by default.
Thanks a ton! I'll check that it's on when I get home.
My question in regards to WPA and the Airport Express base station. Apple.com says WPA is built in, and automatically configured.
However, you said that WPA uses rotating keys,,,, I only ever entered ONE password for my base station,,, does it somehow generate rotating keys from that?
Or do I have to worry?
Wasn't this done before? It was called "Passport"

Verizon is NOTORIOUS for sticking ONLY to the windows compatiblity world.
Most of their phones don't even have bluetooth. They just came out with one, but they disabled most of the bluetooth features. (I think they posted that on slashdot.)
The fact that a Verizon card "just works" is thus very un-expected. had you shared the fact that these cards worked with us when your 2 managers first found out a year ago, this story would be yours and all the fanfare that goes with it.
be faster next time.
and btw, where do you work, and can I have one of those powerbooks with the verizon card? I'll be really nice to you. (I'm an apple beggar cuz their shit is too expensive!)
Microsoft Charges hundreds of dollars for their operating system.
It's a great operating system, despite what people say to the contrary.
It's just too expensive.
Other Operating systems are also great.
Linux is free.
Mac OS X (although the hardware is expensive), costs 1/2 what Vista does.
This is such Bull.

OD integrates with AD much better than AD inegrates with OD.
Apple has some white-papers on it, and they are a good read.
