429,000 x $11,000 per violation = roughly $4.7 billion in potential fines.
Now if only there were do-not-spam fine like this. The government could collect enough money to solve that $8 trillion deficit.
I guess game makers ran out of past wars on which to base games. Can you name one major war (or even a good-sized minor one) in the 20th century without a game based on it?
I got a few good job offers in software engineering right out of college with a B.S. The resume I used follows (sans identifying information). Feel free to use it as a template or whatever, but your success with it will vary (make sure to put in your info. instead of mine). Some key points:
1. List every acronym you've ever learned in the skills section. 2. Try to put a positive twist on non-relevant job experience. For example, I ran a creative arts journal, but I mainly focused on the technical aspect of the job. At every interview I had, employers seemed to focus on this job quite a bit because it proved my English skills (which nobody I work with now has). 3. Relevant coursework is a good thing to have, especially if you're light on work experience. You can know every language on the planet, but employers like it if you can use them in conjunction with data structures, etc. 4. For a new college grad, one page resume maximum. PERIOD. Even if it means reducing the font and margin size, get it onto a single page any way you can. 5. Computing skills should be a bulleted list (so should everything else), but the lameness filter yelled at me.

The bottom line is you can't do it alone.
It's not worth your time and money if you don't do it alone. Small claims court, my friend. This guy tells ya how to sue a junk faxer. He lives in Washington state, but you can easily convert his methods to the laws of your state or federal laws.
MMOGs are always open to cheating. Someone is cheating in an MMOG as I write this, and there is nothing anyone (except for the game's administrators) can do about it.
If I want to play a game against (or with) other people, I'll go over a friend's house. If he cheats, I can always throw a controller at him.

That's great to know that some of the world's most sophisticated security systems can be circumvented with Jell-O

...Of course, I'll need to make the change from Windows to Linux first. As soon as I graduate from my MS-loving college, I'll be able to do just that.
The red dots were the best part of some of those movies.
