    more likely scenario:

    ICANN will block resolution of all addresses from servers found to be translating .com to .co.us and users in third world countries will all flock to the ISP offering standard internet with all names intact. though the use of .co.us for US-only business would make sense, the idea of segregating the internet into all or mostly national domain names is terrible.

    I think the new HDTV mandate should use same as NTSC quality/resolution and use the additional throughput for more channels, give each licensee two adjacent channels and the government takes and reallocates the massive leftovers.

    My house has a septic system, every once in a while it will get messed up costing about 100-$200 to fix, possible a small contaminated water flood if a toilet overflows, but it is 100% immunt to becoming a gushing shit fountain.

    many scanners do, Anti-Vir does, someone else in the thread said avg does and so does clam AV. remember suckmantit and mcrappy aren't the only AV vendors out there.

    H+BDEV's AntiVir scans inside RAR files just fine, and has done so since at least 4 years ago.

    how do you propose getting the $5 back without a class action lawsuit, now i know that many of the details are pretty fucked up and the payouts are obscenly high at times, but that isn't a problem with class action lawsuits, but rather an issue with idiot juries (need an IQ and current events test) and the fee structures Law firms are allowed to use to file class action lawsuits.

    what defines "first class letters" my guess is "letters sent through the US postal service via first class" making it illegal for the USPS to subcontract out delivery of letters

    WRONG! the problem is that he is trying to use the USPTO to steal the name and logo used by someone else. using MAME to make money is perfectly legal, stealing the name is not. not that i would mind seeing the infusion of cash after the countersuit gives the MAME project ownership of this shitty little company.

    another way to have a cross system clipboard would be using the network adaptor, both the real and the guest OS would need a service running and they would communicate clipboard data back and forth, but on ly to specific IP's for security reasons.

    there is a sytem in the latest knoppix that scrapes ntfs.sys off the windows drive using the read-only driver then mounts it in a wrapper, pretty damned clever and as long as ntfs.sys isn't trojaned (or if you have it load ntfs.sys off a floppy disk from an archive)
