    The only thing I can see there it wouldn't worth it for the inventor is if he invented something that can't be priced to recoup the investment in R&D , let alone make a profit, in that time frame. it's not like everyone will stop buying from the inventor after the patent expires, and 5 years should be enough of a head start marketing to ensure continued sales after competitors.

    make it the lesser of three, 20 years. or 5 years from the first licensed product containing the patent being available for sale, or 7 years from the first infringing product being available for sale.

    what restriction prevents it? you already asserted (without backing up) that the general welfare and interstate commerce clauses do not allow it (and yet medicaid and medicare have been around for years, and growing a plant on my balcony constitutes interstate commerce)

    "mental abuse" isn't a charge i have ever heard of someone being prosecuted, it's not harassment because the actions don't fit the charge at all

    as for libel, slander, and bashing ethnic minorities. the first two are not illegal, they are civil torts, and the third is completely legal. Go start your own white power website and see what happens, your neighbors will think less of you, your family will think less of you, but you won't be arrested.

    google is giving you a 98% tax cut, assuming even distribution among states for your sales. any billing zip code in your state you had better set aside and remit sales tax to the local authorities, but the other 49 states aren't your problem. if google collected sales tax they would have to collect on every transaction.
