Flash? WTF? This is a shitty ass P.O.S. excuse of a computer... worse than the Xbox... long live Phantom... oh... Phantom... that means it already died.....

My grandparents have a satelite dish that's about 10 feet in diameter... so should that give access to about 30 miles away? (I know it wouldn't, but it'd be neat to crank the amps)

I always DAT stuff at 44.1khz, since quite a few digital sound cards will automagically 'downsample' 48khz to 44.1khz. I can't tell the difference between 44.1 and 48khz. Maybe I'm not just competent :)

I find it quite comical that my soundcard MUST play 48KHz on ALSA to not be almost all static (Curse the VIA 8233)

  10. School on License to Surf, Take Two · · Score: 1

In school, we have a contract stating thatwe must only use the internet for education, as a result, they loaded up X-Stop from 8e6 technoligies, and prohibit us from many required educational sites. They lock the rest rooms during lunch, they inhibit innocent people from eatting lunch, they are a totalitarion government that needs to be reformed ever 40 years. And isn't it due now? For a virus on computers or hacking, you have to pay for every system compromised, then fix it.

You have gotta love the Standard USB HID Compliant Optical Mouse from Logitech. This mouse is accurate and hasn't skipped a beat, and using my mousepad (standard gray neoprene pad from staples for a few dollars), it has not needed to be cleaned nearly as much as my regular mouse, which I cleaned 4x a month.

Hehehe... safe... hahah! What is safe? Let me tell you this, I had the right of way today, turning left off of a road, and what asshole tries to pull out in front of me? Yes! The asshole who nearly ran into me who wasn't distracted at all. (I managed to hit the brake, then floor it, breaking my tires loose to prevent them from running into my side [I swung the rear around] then was able for both of us to clear 5:00 traffic). Cellphones or not, there are going to be those people who pull out in front of you, nearly ram you, drive into your school while doing a burnout (That guy was an idiot, but it was funny to watch).
