Haha. I did'nt realize Microsoft had a humor department on campus.
As i recall, Symantec did a lot of the original work on this with MS back in the 80's. Look what happened, MS ended up with truncated versions of Norton's Utilities and AV back then and MS never did a thing to improve on what they originally had.
I say: Too little, too late to a company that keeps trying to be everyone to everybody.
There are far better products out there that are'nt included in "Windows".
And this is coming from a dedicated but very pissed off MS product user for 20 years.

Change is good and that means that something has to move over.
Old technology is very important because folks like you and me can change any system from one state to another and still keep a job.

Think to the positive: we'll be able to transfer data faster (maybe) than we used to.
European phone systems have been out-dated for a while, granted, they have approached VOIP nicely, they (the Europeans) like the fact that those old circuits are still hard to get at as far as hackeing is concerned.
The web is a dangerous thing that must be paid attention to.

IMHO, anyone running a system (WIN ME - XP) with less than 256MB RAM is nuts.
I feel that if you want to remove swapping then have more memory than memory addresses. Let's see what happens when the machine has to figure out what to do with the extra memory it has.
Back to topic: Really, how much is a GIG of RAM nowadays?
I tried to go up to the virus map 6 or 7 times and they are down. Might be my software but still............ This thing may be neuter, but something is going on on the web.
I would like to say that sometimes the actual name of a project is classified and cannot be mentioned but, if you work in that business, you what and what not to say.
However unless it was a "Black" job there should be no problem saying who you worked for (the Government, CIA etal).
You might want to go to the Vespa website (http://www.vespa.com) and take a look.
I've had wonderful experiences with this vehicle. It's not a bike, car or motorcycle and that's a good thing, not trying to quote Martha.

The answer is: Copyright or trademark it. Your lawyer will be able to justify to the judge that it was yours (hardware or software invention) and say a lot of other stuff about protecting things that go on in your head etal...
Don't sweat it Dean Kamen?
I have had that problem before. Don't laugh but i found this really cool small computer shop that sold keyboards for $6.00. They have the works (programmable buttons) but they are cheap. They are made by some Korean Co. and you cannot get them wet:-( if you do pay another 6 and be done with it.
A keyboard is only a peripheral you know.

Being a tech, i have often felt that MS should have been doing this for years. It makes me wonder if LINUX isn't scaring them a bit.

3. Harry Potter and the order of the Phoenix.
I thought i would put my 3 cents in. I read at least 1 book a week even while working so those are the ones that came to mind first.
