isnt it possible to use "multicast" in a closed network ?
for e.g. settup a few servers around the globe , use multicast enabled routers
and let people use a tunnel to connect to it ?

thats really too funny, i found another alternative people. Remember cuseeme ? i found a free java reflector
that works on most any machine with java enabled.Cuseeme was the worlds first real video multiconferencing
chat application with nearly 500.000 users till whitepine fucked it up , mean dont release the source code.
So check my free site and download it , You just need a dnydns account and you up in minutes on you standart DSL line

..since i am researching for my project i was really embarased about microsoft because there is NO ability to broadcast video
from a mac , i was looking for other solutions found jmeeting.com , there is also no mac support at least yahoo worked some times.
Its like they are cutting the world in two pices......see what happens.

since i heard that its possible to breaking up large hailstones into smaller pieces with a chemical called 'Silberjodid' (in German)

whats wrong with that? but there will be a hard time for other solutions to fit the regulation issues of the united states and everywhere else in the world , even if they block skype in china http://www.redherring.com/Article.aspx?a=13516&hed =China+Telecom+Blocks+Skype
