well cumbo, RTFA, 'By the time she was able to summon help with a neighbor's phone, the child was dead.'
That would imply that she was dicking arround for about 5 minutes (if not longer) with a voip connection.... Im sorry but if I was witnessing a child dying, I wouldnt plug my voip phone into my cable modem... first thing id do is use a cell... if thats not available, then bang on the neighbors doors...
Seriusly now... We all know how unreliable the internet can be... why in bloody hell would it be the first thing you tried when your daughter is dying?
> Could she not have run to the neighbor's house > and borrowed a phone?
No, that would require common sense... Wild thinkers like you are destroying this great country... Its easier and more profitable to let something bad happen then sue someone over it.
For example:
step 1. Buy McDonalds Coffee
step 2. Spill it on your ??
step 3. PROFIT!
Replace step 1, with nearly any major product... and ill bet you could find a lawsuit over it....:::sighs:::
This is exactly why i have a 75 chevy camaro... i may leak 5 quarts of oil a day... but when I hit the gas it speeds up... when I hit the breaks... it slows down.... 'nuff said
>>How is this substantially different from the situation today
that difference now is that the government gets to waste yet another $::insert obsenely large number here:: that they have no right to spend...
PG13 rating to get the parents in with the kids as part of a masterplan.... i dont think so... Seriusly, there will be a large number of kids going, granted. But i think most parents will be going just because they remember that episodes 4,5,6 tottaly rocked, granted they wanted to cry when they saw how 1 and 2 were ruined.... but theres a hope for ep 3. and thats why all the adults will flock in herds to the movies with their money waving.
Stop 0x0000000A or IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (TechNet article)
The Stop 0xA message indicates that a kernel-mode process or driver attempted to access a memory location to which it did not have permission, or at a kernel interrupt request level (IRQL) that was too high. A kernel-mode process can access only other processes that have an IRQL lower than, or equal to, its own. This Stop message is typically due to faulty or incompatible hardware or software.
I know the pain all to well, At my work we have this issue. The people constantly infect themselves which in turn affects the entire network... within 4 hours the network is at a grinding halt... then everyone comes to me saying 'what happened?' My advice is as follows... anytime a virus is found on the network, take a picture of the IDIOT that let it in, and post it on a web page... then, redirect all the 404 messages on the proxy to a page that lists all the idiots that caused this issue...
I wish i could do that at my work... but since you are volunteering, it should help.
[ Free software! Click here to download! ]
the average idiot SHOULD click that, and therefor not be able to get online to bother people that have an IQ over 5. I dont have an issue with 'Free software' having spyware. What I DO have an issue with, is the hidden installs, the installs where u just goto a site and it expliots some new issue with your browser. Thats what he should be focusing on.
I think that this is rather impressive, when M$ finds a bug, it could take weeks to fix, if they even bother fixing it in the first place. I still have a search function in my XP laptop that hasnt worked in months, despite re-installs. If T-Micro has a few bugs here and there, it shouldn't tarnish YEARS of quality software, especially if they have a track record of fixing issues within hours.
But on the reverse angle, if my server was locked at 99% cpu usage due to software that I payed a small fortune for... id be rather pissed.
QUICK!! someone contact the RIAA so they can arrest those monsters when they land!!! they are stealing food out of the childrens mouths of artists. Drop all the murder n rape cases, and go after the real villians... those nasty nasty file swappers!!
