So what? The Nmap guys have been subpoena'd for web logs before, too. What's the big deal here? The site is still up.

Maybe it's a vast conspiracy against everyone on the site! Put on your tinfoil hats, folks! I blame bush! Nothing like this ever happened under clinton!

Verizon just laid fiber in my neighborhood (suburban Pennsylvania) and are rolling out 15mbps for $40/month.
Not bad.
I have hyper threading on my P4 chip that allows an extra thread of execution - should I pay 2x? No. I don't do it currently. Currently, only dual chip mobo's require dual licenses - when I have more than 1 multicore chip then you can charge me more. 1 chip is 1 chip.
What I'm saying is, when these dual core chips become ubiquitous in the market and single core chips are phased out, are we going to pay 200 bucks for a single copy of windows? I think the answer is going to be a resounding "Fuck no" from consumers.
Apple's DRM is reasonable. Maybe you're too dense to realize that. It's also easily strippable which lends to it's favoritism by consumers over that of Microsoft's DRM.
So really it's users rallying around the best legal option the record labels would submit to. No major labels sign on to plans without DRM so you have no point.
I doubt it really would have mattered worth a damn if the paint didn't burn - if you have no lighter-than-air materials inside (ie: all your hydrogen burns) the damn thing it would have dropped like a brick anyway.
My earliest memories on a computer revovle around playing Aracnaphobia on an old Tandy probably somewhere in the late 80's early 90's (born in '87)
Funny enough, my grandfather still uses his Tandy and loves to brag to his friends about how it's his best investment - no spam!
In elementary school we had crappy 386 terminals which we did LOGO on as well as the robotic widget.
At home we eventually got a Gateway 486 which I remember by dad installing a CD drive in (to replace the 5 1/4 floppy). On that machine I taught myself visual basic. I also had my first multiplayer gaming experiences on that machine: Warcraft (dialing up to my neighbor and through Kali) Duke Nukem 3D, and Myth.
Anything past that machine seems to recent to mention.

When companies releasing hardware realize they should be giving open specs and developer kits with it.
It's not easy starting with absolutely no help on some obscure hardware with no spec sheets. Full implementation is far off from there.
Why companies wouldn't want universal compatibility is beyond me: their hardware would have more of a user base.
Human Activity including exhaling has become a huge problem in europe. I propose we have some regulations on the number of exhales per day per human. When everyone exercises and everyone's breathing hard, the ENVIRONMENT is taking one for the team.

...and it would rape the US economy.
I'm glad we're not involved.
It was originally half in jest.

But if these chips become commonplace in the consumer market I seriously doubt people will pay twice for every piece of software they purchase.
It just won't happen.
Dual core chips are sold in the "CPU" section of stores I'm going to consider them singular.
Central Processing Unit.
Theres no 's' on the end.

...I just threw up in my mouth a little bit. That is a Word document!
My Zen 2.0 was a piece of crap - the scroll wheel is broken, battery life is crap and its HUGE compared to an iPod.
Really, I wish I had shelled out the extra cash and bought an iPod before.
And it seems the teaching of evolution was to satisfy evolutionists. As a believer in evolution I still find something inherently wrong here.
Or maybe "The people who ruled this sticker unconstitutional believe in freedom of speech unless it disagrees with their agenda"

Isn't this the place where they use thermal springs from the earth for energy?
No, it was his job to invent it.

You insensitive clod, I have hyperhidrosis!
How about the development of an RSS torrent? Lets decentralize they entire concept.
Oh I thought you were talking about the people you were saving hurting themselves with power tools.
...I have 8 computers in my house and my sister and myself were both in the top 10% of our high school classes of ~800 students.

..try to launch a new telescope for 2 billion bucks and then watch it asplode because they forgot to do metric/imperial conversion.
"The Way is our strategy: personal, fast, connected and networked.'"
I think they forgot "...and censored, too."
