I agreed with you. The concept of National states are an anacronism and root to much evil. The best way to get rid of this concept is render it irrelevant. Long live the Web. Ben Rosen Is as smart as they come. He used to cover the sc industry back in the late 70's before he got involved in VC and he was the best in the business. He has a firm technology grip, much better than Eckhard Pfeiffer that I used to work for (Directly). This was back in the TI days.
The reason they do not sue the parents of the killers is that they haven't got any money. This is instigated by some greedy lawyer and has nothing to do with justice. Why go to Vegas when you have the local courts just nearby.

This is a scream. Its not only a funny (ha ha) but very cleverly funny. It sends a strong message on the right to free speech. On a serious note I think the site owners needs to contact ACLU if not already done.
Good post. I used to work for fortune 50 company here in Dallas. Data like this was used all the time for product development decisions even though we all (I mean ALL incl the people making the decisions) new they pulled the forecast out of their behind. It somehow made us all feel better using someones elses BS, and it had a fair amount of CYA attached to it. I agree that this kind of info is Very important.
Why would CNN have any interest in FUD'ing Linux. The wants to "sell" news. If you do not think we can just ignore articles like this come up with something more "News" worthy. Second, I think most/. folks know the issues and are not afraid of RH morphing into MS. If the rest of the world thinks so, maybe its not so bad. To some extend it would strengthen Linux mindshare.
This is probably a major trend. The well established vendors offering Open source and propriatary at the same time. This is a real opportunity for GNU etc to win on technical merits
I live in Texas and has had dealings with Mr sanders. As most judges here he is incompetent and proud of it. Further he thinks he is gods gift to humankind, as does most other judges here.

I got the same error and recompiled after changing the sound/sb_ess.c as oer your suggestion. This time it compiled fine but system sounds is real choppy. The speed of the box seems better though. Thanks for your help anyway
