you don't even need to do that, let it download. it ASKS if you want to install it AND only when someone wiht admin privs logs in. You are using LUA best practices right?

That sounds a Rockwell-Collins Employee from government systems on Team Terramax!
My two year old loves ktuberling, and tuxpaint! He also likes to help play supertux, tuxkart and ppracer(I forgot the old name). In the late 80's early 90's I had a friend who taught thier 3 old a "game" to swap floppies out for a full system backup.
I disagree. figure out what your numbers are: minimum you can accept if you REALLY like the job and they can't come up with more, and what you would like. If you are currently employed, the minimum would be what it would take to lure you away from your current. I recently interviewed, they asked what I would like, they raised that by $3000. I was willing to take $2000 less than what I had stated, beacuase it was a very good opportunity. Everybody came away happy. the amount of hassling if I waited for them to start was not worth the trouble. of course I would rathre be happy than rich

If microkernels are the best approach why is gnu/HURD taking so long?
Microsoft appear to be stealing old Ideas from MIT's Media Lab. About the time Thad Starner and his ilk were mounting huge HMDs on thier glasses(6 or 7 years ago), someone wrote a huge database that interfaces to to emacs to track and recall information based on current context with... future plans to include video and voice recognition in the database. at the time all input was done with one handed twiddler keypads, and you had to keep a typing commentary on your environment
the 10-beta did not reocgnize my 9.0 defined lvgs which made an upgrade or even -leave my/home alone and install everthing else clean- impossible. I considered trying the path that systina has on thier website but figured I'd wait till 10.0 went final

What I would like to know is have they provided and easy upgrade (ie automagicly) from 2.4 lvm1 to 2.6 lvm2?
In Descent, I always tried to slide out of the way of oncoming fire by moving my chair.
