Alternatively, you likely could ssh or telnet into it and do it from a command shell if the ports are open.

You do realize that the federal government does allocate funding for schools in the exact same manner as highways and food stamps or housing and so on right? Outside of social security and medicare, it is all passed to the states for the state equivalent program to administer with strings attached to how it can be spent. Take that same average of 710,000 in a congressional district and divide it by 8, if one eight of those people gave you $10 to push your message, it's over $800,000 to help someone else get elected.
Now, if you actually have a gripe worth caring about, something you really think needs influencing and other agree, you can relatively easily come up with enough money and power to influence your local representative.
BTW, I have met my US representative several times and even debated him on concerns in discussions we have had. You have to convince him that your idea is as important as you think it is in a way he can also convince someone else of it's importance. It's really easy to do (at least where I live), just call up their local office and make an appointment. You will have to wait until he/she comes back from Washington but that is a regular thing (at least where I live). I also see my representatives, both for state and US government out in the community quite often too. I don't always get to talk with them, and often when I do, it is just a hello or glad to see you out type thing. They are often with their families doing family stuff. You might have seen yours out and about too. Some people don't even know what they look like because those type of seats do not normally use the expensive TV adds and many people just toss those mailers away during election season.

I used to have a small script that would ping a certain IP address every time it was executed. The firewall for the system at this address would alert me every time it was pinged from inside the network. It was a simple.bat file and I would name it things like "do.not.open.pdf.bat" or "click.this.and.computer.crashes.bat". At least one a year someone would try to open it and I would know more on which workstations I needed to lock down strictly and which ones I could leave the use with some freedom. Every system had it on it, but only few- usually disgruntled employees- would venture into the inner workings and open it.
But more interesting would be how it got there in the first place. Was it just part of a backup of a previous infection already dealt with? If so, if the need to restore that data could restore the infection. Has somebody hacked the cloud account and is using it to host the files for when some down loader Trojan on another system get pwned? Or if there an insider working to set up the right time to infest the company and sneak away with lots of valuable data like customer lists, proprietary secrets and so on just before they leave and start their own company? Or is it dead man switch payload for a semi- disgruntled employee to activate several days after he doesn't log into a specific machine?

Keeping it secret is difficult. A customer decided to add credit card transactions to the booking and reservation program when their service contract was up. Shouldn't be a problem i thought but I was told about it only 4 hours after implications. Their software couldn't negotiate the proxy properly so I went on site. After double checking settings with no luck, I decided to sniff the packets to see if there was a clue there. Immediately I noticed they were sending the CC information in clear text. They acted like I was hacking their program until I finally got them to ask one of their developers about it. I had to threaten to disclose their noncompliance with pci standards for them to even do that.
Now they had one of their developers dealing with me on the inability to negotiate a simple proxy. Never could get it to work and ended up having to install a second gateway for the one computer that processed the cc payment basically bypassing the IDS and real time virus/malware scanning. There was a package they built for a test system that worked but the company (management not the developer) refused to implement it live because of some expensive testing. I called bullshit because their supposed previous testing allowed them to fail encryption of the information.
Next year - they didn't renew the contract and went with another setup altogether that was mainly web based. That created another issue of redundant internet in a remote location but was easier to implement than the CC issue.
No sequestration needed. There is and will be a demand for fuels for a good while into the future. This has the potential to reduce the use of fossil fuels which adds carbon to the system by reusing carbon already in the system.

Nah.. It's relatively easy to get elected to a representative seat if you aren't from one of the big states and loony in what you want. On average there are about 710,000 people in each district. If you convinve only a third of them to give you $5, you have over a million dollars to run your campaign with.
It's easier if you are part of one of the two big parties and not going for a highly contested seat but the same level of fund raising can make you one of those who pays for their election campaign if you are not up to the task of running yourself. Take that same average of 710,000 in a congressional district and divide it by 8, if one eight of those people gave you $10 to push your message, it's over $800,000 to help someone else get elected.
Now, if you actually have a gripe worth caring about, something you really think needs influencing and other agree, you can relatively easily come up with enough money and power to influence your local representative.
BTW, I have met my US representative several times and even debated him on concerns in discussions we have had. You have to convince him that your idea is as important as you think it is in a way he can also convince someone else of it's importance. It's really easy to do (at least where I live), just call up their local office and make an appointment. You will have to wait until he/she comes back from Washington but that is a regular thing (at least where I live). I also see my representatives, both for state and US government out in the community quite often too. I don't always get to talk with them, and often when I do, it is just a hello or glad to see you out type thing. They are often with their families doing family stuff. You might have seen yours out and about too. Some people don't even know what they look like because those type of seats do not normally use the expensive TV adds and many people just toss those mailers away during election season.
Or you stop giving the President so much power and make him a limited check and balance on government as the constitution originally intended.
You have a lot more control over your senator and even more over your representative when you compete with votes within a single state and even portions of that single state than you do when you compete with votes in 49 other states and the district of Columbia (Yes, Washington D.C. has electoral votes).

It does state that some terrorist involved were known to be in Iraq as well as others who were against the US and that due to 9/11, the threat of terrorist getting WMDs that Iraq was believed to still be in possession of and working on was a direct threat to the United States.

I've seen nothing from him that he is racist. At most, he is a bit misogynistic but not in any ways that actually matter as his campaign manager was a woman and he has women in leadership roles within his companies.
Trump is rude and crude at times, and has said a lot of things most people think about but never actually say publicly but that doesn't make him racist. The best you might be able to come up with is that racist groups supported him but if we go off of guilt by association when it is all them wanting to associate with you, you could call every single politician a racist terrorist.
As for Trump being crazy, I'm more comfortable with a president that all parties in congress will be comfortable throwing under the bus and backing up several times to make sure the job is done than Hillary who would be protected from such impeachment and eventually get her way with some things.
You could say that I didn't vote for Trump as much as I voted against Hillary and actually wanted that vote to defeat Hillary. Trump is controllable, Congress can go around him. It will force bipartisanship and cooperation and that will likely benefit the country more than either of the two winning or losing could ever hope to change with a law.
No. A pardon implies guilt but doesn't require a conviction. President Ford gave Nixon a pardon with no convictions- not even an impeachment.
Immunity is the essential effect of a pardon without a conviction but there are no strings attached which could be in an immunity deal.

The problem is that the democratic party is not what it was when he first joined- it is not the same party of FDR or JFK or even Jimmy Carter (who sucked as a president BTW) anymore. That is why Jim Webb was shut out- he is stuck in the past with the great men of the democratic party and American history. That has no place in the modern democratic party unless it can be used as a sound bite somehow to push something that isn't already obviously in similar fame.

People are inherently stupid. Even the ones who think they are smart tend to be stupid in at least several ways. If it is there, someone will execute it eventually. I used to have a small script that would ping a certain IP address every time it was executed. The firewall for the system at this address would alert me every time it was pinged from inside the network. It was a simple .bat file and I would name it things like "do.not.open.pdf.bat" or "click.this.and.computer.crashes.bat". At least one a year someone would try to open it and I would know more on which workstations I needed to lock down strictly and which ones I could leave the use with some freedom. Every system had it on it, but only few- usually disgruntled employees- would venture into the inner workings and open it.
But more interesting would be how it got there in the first place. Was it just part of a backup of a previous infection already dealt with? If so, if the need to restore that data could restore the infection. Has somebody hacked the cloud account and is using it to host the files for when some down loader Trojan on another system get pwned? Or if there an insider working to set up the right time to infest the company and sneak away with lots of valuable data like customer lists, proprietary secrets and so on just before they leave and start their own company? Or is it dead man switch payload for a semi- disgruntled employee to activate several days after he doesn't log into a specific machine?
If all those are satisfactorily answered, then sure, what is the harm. If not, I would assuming answering them and more I didn't think of would be the harm.

Seriously, where is the problem? They cannot continually add to legislation in order to stifle government because that would require a majority vote and someone to ignore the rules when the leaders close the bills. The majority can simply vote down amendments and request a final vote.
Now if you are suggesting that the amount of time to read the bill and make objections known or summon support from the citizens (for or against) who have access to read the bills too is the problem, then I suggest you define democracy and republic for us so we all know we are talking about the same things. At best, any real argument that can be made about this or similar rules is that some are afraid of the people knowing before it is too late to do anything about it. That in and of itself isn't all that bad in every situation but those situations tend to be limited to government knowing what best and going against the popular sentiments of the people. I think deep down, this is likely where the problem is.

I'm not sure the bio-crude would suffer any ill issues with those contaminates though. Part of the crude refining process already removes or separates contamination by default. It basically removes the portions it wants and then the sludge left over gets reduced to make asphalt tars as well as petroleum coke. There are already acceptable heavy metal allowances in the delayed coker process which I doubt the amount in sewage would impact considering the volume in question.

Every employer is required to ccomplete an I9 under federal law since1986 or so . That requires ID that wwould satisfy all voter ID laws i am aaware of.
Then your employers after 1986 have been in violation off federal Law. After 1986 every eemployer is required tossubmit an I9 which requires enough types of ID to qualify for voting inevery state I am aware of.

Keeping it secret is difficult. A customer decided to add credit card transactions to the booking and reservation program when their service contract was up. Shouldn't be a problem i thought but I was told about it only 4 hours after implications. Their software couldn't negotiate the proxy properly so I went on site. After double checking settings with no luck, I decided to sniff the packets to see if there was a clue there. Immediately I noticed they were sending the CC information in clear text. They acted like I was hacking their program until I finally got them to ask one of their developers about it. I had to threaten to disclose their noncompliance with pci standards for them to even do that.
Now they had one of their developers dealing with me on the inability to negotiate a simple proxy. Never could get it to work and ended up having to install a second gateway for the one computer that processed the cc payment basically bypassing the IDS and real time virus/malware scanning. There was a package they built for a test system that worked but the company (management not the developer) refused to implement it live because of some expensive testing. I called bullshit because their supposed previous testing allowed them to fail encryption of the information.
Next year - they didn't renew the contract and went with another setup altogether that was mainly web based. That created another issue of redundant internet in a remote location but was easier to implement than the CC issue.
