what about CB radios??? We did not have this social problem in the 70's when everyone had CB radios in their cars. Why then do we focus on cell phones as being the problem. I think you should look at the hi $$ record execs and your 20 to 50% markup on the merchandise that you sell as reasons people seek music elsewhere. We are in a capitalist society. Price rules and ingenuity flourishes. Get over it. Perhaps you might be better off selling widgets or collecting welfare.

If you go on a road trip and spend $50 on gas $20 on food and $50 on lodging what have you really spet on the trip? $120 NOPE! only $100 because you need to eat no matter what; weither you go on the trip or not. The only variable is that you might have spent slighlty less to eat at home. If you are already paying for broadband then adding a program like sype is indeed free.
Shouldn't the college have already been running on a centrex phone system and theu not paying for intra campus calls.
If not this is negligent both by their carrier and by the communications director.

Well since we did not own the stock prior to the drop we could not really sue for them misleading us as actual investors. However, maybe we could sue for emotioanl distress as we have been following the stock performance with anticipation to buy and were tramautized when the stock droped 3 cents/share.;-)
Or we purchased a computer soley due to that fact that this protection was out now and we are so very afraid of violating the DCMA by accident and now that the copy protection does not work that our new computers are now useless to us. LOL!
These above statements are as ludicrous as the law suit over the research paper I love it!
That sad part is that we could actually follow up something like this legally.

My sound blaster drivers can record and encode any sound played across my card without loss. So once you get the cd to play and no matter what "software" like winamp it is not compatable with I can record it to mp3 format via my SB drivers.
