Exposing beer to the air will oxidize it and make it taste way worse. So what you will get is nasty frozen beer.

What would be better is to come up with a complex process of removing the water and condensing it down into a beer flavored shot!

well, I can look at what processes are running. I can use tools when there is a common infection (like the one in this article) to check for infection. It is two commands to see if you are infected in this case. There is no reason for antivirus.

So far all infections for OSX are not really hiding and in every case I know of have required you to enter your username and password to get infected in the first place. I only download from trusted sources, I don't pirate content, I don't use applications with a history of poor security (adobe reader, MS office, etc). I don't visit questionable websites. I use a DNS tool that blocks known adware and malware websites. Finally, I don't run as a user with admin privileges.

I also have never gotten a windows virus, despite never running a memory resident antivirus. Multiple offline scanning of the drives has proven that time and time again. Antivirus does not protect you from infection. It warns the stupid that they are doing something stupid.

In ME3, I was being a good friend to my old war buddy, and they he asked if I wanted to have sex with him. I was unprepared, shocked, and in fact, remember when he told me in the first game he liked girls.

Bioware really screwed that whole thing up just to add gay sex. It was pandering and didn't even fit the character in question. The same thing happened in DA2. Just being nice to ander leads to gay sex. You have to literally berate and scream at everyone of the same gender if you want to be safe. I have no problem with gay characters, but those two instances both felt very forced.

I say it as a generalization. I don't actually mean, they never get infected. What I mean is a quick way of saying "There is a much lower probability of you coming across a virus designed for OSX that is not going to require you to enter your username and password".

I have never ran antivirus on my mac, I have never been infected. Do I think I will never get infected? No, but I think I am far less likely to be infected without antivirus on my mac than I am on windows. As the popularity of OSX rises however, I think this will not always be the case.

Bleach isn't food safe though, it has to be rinsed off. If you don't rinse it at the very least your risk off flavors in your beer. That's why I like starsan, you can just dip stuff in it and use it, no need to rinse (in fact, rinsing makes it less sanitary). When I bottle I just fill the bottom with starsan, drain back into bucket, put the bottle on the tree and fill (typically the bottom is full of starsan foam while filling).

Bleach just seems to add an extra layer of work. I did use bleach once on my first brew when I realized I didn't buy a sanitizer with no issues, but I was afraid the whole time I wouldn't rinse everything clean of the bleach.

Craft beer is what got me into homebrewing. I hated beer with a passion, instead I was a scotch/whiskey fan. This was because I thought all beer was commercial lager. Luckily I was introduced to craft brewing and found a whole new world of drinks I enjoy. Now I drink beer much more often than scotch. This lead me to finding the best brewery in the US, Three Floyds and that lead to realizing that really really good beer is just miles from my house. From there a few tours showed me how simple the process is and how a lot of these guys started as home brewers.

Fast forward to last year I did my first extract brew (canned stuff, fresh hops, and some steeping of grains) and now I'm 100% all grain and starting to build a fairly automated system with my knowledge of electronics and programing. I've never seen a hobby take over my thoughts as much as home brewing. The product is awesome, there is always something to improve on, and who knows, maybe 5-10 years down the road I could open a real brewery.
