MS is making "modest" changes? WOW, that translates basically to millions of lost hours for their customers upgrading their browsers... and millions of dollars for third party companies to modify their plugins.. Thanks MicroShit!
Nobody wins in a situation like this. M$ holds their monopoly, the class-action lawyers get paid the big reward, while the poor Windows user is stuck having to upgrade his browser and continue receiving those annoying pop-ups. People of the world, decide you had enough with MS by not buying anymore of their crappy OS/IE combination. Move over to the dark side.
Wi-Fi networks essentially accomplish the same feat using a sub-pairing of ultra-banding technologies similiar to cell phone towers. It is an interesting technique that should make wireless networking available to the masses and at a much sweeter price point than currently available. Are we soon to see a Star Tre-like array with their triangulation of their tricorders?
