    The song is absolutely horrible.

My friend and I were going to watch the pilot when it was first aired. As we were just sitting down, there was the intro on the grain field and everything. Then the song started, and we couldn't believe our ears! We were hoping for some kind of reincarnation of the TNG-song, but this just hurt, severly.

The song is one of the main reasons for me not to watch, but fortunately, there's always the "mute"-button on the cherished RC.

Exactly, that's what it's supposed to sound like. It's pretty funny to ask someone "Hey, seen the latest Fokke & Sukke?".

In fact, the authors do not mind putting in some kinkier stuff. One of the first jokes was:

    Fokke & Sukke introduce themselves

    F: Hi
    S: Wanna fuck?

  8. Re:Anyone on Digital Generation, Analog Retro Chic · · Score: 4, Funny

It reminds me of a joke in the Dutch comic series "Fokke & Sukke", which goes something like this:

Fokke & Sukke are amazed by today's technology

(picture of them listening to a radio)

    "Incredible, you hear music instantly"
reply: "Without having to log on to the internet"

  10. Using Thunderbird on a network on Mozilla Thunderbird 0.6 Released · · Score: 1

As the sysadmin of a rowing club, I am trying to find a good mail client for some time now. We have a small network of 4 workstations and a server. They are all running Windows, which is most familiar to nealy all users. In particular I want to be able to put all mail and settings of each user on a mapped network drive, pointing to their home directory on the server.

Currently we use Eudora, which is very easy in this matter as you can specify the user directory in the command line:

    "eudora.exe z:\mail"

I would love to switch to Thunderbird, as Eudora has some other drawbacks. However, I have not been able to find if this can be done in Thunderbird yet. Does anyone know?
