I wouldn't download Madonna's crap EVEN if it was for FREE.
She had her turn at changing the world or expressing herself years ago but that's over now. She should yield the stage to others now who have something real to express instead of sheer greed.
People are waking up from their coma of being blind sheep paying high prices for music. Storage is cheap and there's not that much cost/overhead to distributing music online via some truly legitimate download service. They know this but still won't reduce the price.
These dinosaurs are about to go extinct. It's just a matter of time.
Without going into too many details, our installation of SAP is horrible. Getting to the data in our particular installation seems to be a trial of the most monumental proportions. I am encouraged to see some competition and alternatives. I'm not the biggest Oracle fan but I'm less of a fan of SAP.

It would have been nice had they worked out something. I understand where they are coming from but it would have worked in their best interest to have a larger viewing market.
My management has just enough knowledge to attempt the usual debunking
but thinks everyone is trying to snow him over. He micromanages everything
and won't accept no for an answer even when advised that the costs
for outweigh the budgetary constraints.
I have sat in on meetings and watched him pledge life and limb for a project
and never listen to a single flailing cry of our team. I can hear the
downward spire of credibility in the air now.
It's a sinking ship I would rather not find myself aboard at the moment.
Having worked for them, I have to say I have already
received a letter but if anything happens, I am holding them liable to maintaining the security of my personal information for any loss. If they aren't in the position to hold it securely and with respect then they should expect some grumbling for present and past employees.
I won't touch on my experience while working for them. I find the whole ownership thing to be overrated but that's me.
I would be curious who performed the research and how it was sponsored/funded. At least then I would know if there were any biases involved.
I think there is at least one truism though and that technology levels many playing fields of any culture or country. The internet is proving that already in most instances right?
He admits on the front page that he has several thousand shares and that he hopes to mitigate the low value perception of SCOs business. Although PJ's pages are biased to some degree, it is in regards to one major fact: the whole suit has no base.
He attempts to post the facts but it entirely based on his research and blogging. I have no problem with that but the eyes of many catches a lot which I happen to enjoy at Groklaw.

The family cat. Shhh... don't tell the kids Fifi died. :(
I wonder what the incentive is to bust copyright breakers
over terrorist bombers or drug cartels?
It seems our priorities are in order eh?
Revenge is a dish best served cold. It is very cold in space.
Ok, so someone had to say it.
There will always be evil so long as there is good and vice versa. One can't exist without the other at least as I understand it.
Oh no! Preparing for the rush of Giligan's Island jokes...

If you can't, su'em for violation of the DMCA.
True. Only lawyers would get rich suing MS in this case. :(

I guess this is a bad time to jump on the realestate wagon?
Definitely they should pay companies for their endless vulnerabilities.
Can you say class action law-suit?
I knew it was there all the time!!!
You're only upset because the voices talk to me?!

That's right. They had EA symbols ALL over the
place if I recall within the game.
Although probably a lesser known title by some but
the Bard's Tale series was one of theirs but the
main developer left to his own pursuit.
My spelling is attrocious tonight. It is true what they say about drinking and drivelling...
After all it is running on the most vernable OS on
the market today.

In the immortal words of former President William J Clinton,
what do you consider the definition of "is"?
