That just adds more possibilities to trivia questions. Imagine it:
"Who provided the voice for Boba Fett in the 1999 DVD release of the edited edition of the Star Wars collection in the second scene where Jabba appears?"
Don't know if they have this copyrighted, but Square Enix has a character called a Moogle in it's Final Fantasy Series of games. It's this cute little White Teddy Bear with Bat wings that says "kupo!".
Hmm... somehow the description I just gave doesn't give it justice.
This is just the latest in poor taste and immoral activity on the part of Advertising Firms all for the quest of the almighty dollar. I invite everyone to actually pay attention to some of the commercials that are being shown to kids these days during prime children hours in the afternoon.
The way adults are depicted in some commercials is quite disconcerting. The only good role model adult in these commercials is Ronald McDonald. Most other adults are portrayed as idiots who children should ignore. We need to take these advertisors (and advertising firms) to task for this poor display of judgement.
Some others have already touched upon legal aspects of recording. But do any current laws already apply somewhat to the situation? For instance, you're not allowed to record a phone coversation without obtaining consent. IANAL, but I'm sure there's a similar law require consent for recording in a private setting. I know these laws do not apply to public locations, but I'm curous what rights we have currently.
Looks pretty sweet! According to this page there's a removable battery, and a speakerphone. I've been holding off on buying a PDA phone, but this might be the model that makes it worthwhile for me to jump in.
Now that Sharp and Sony are no longer devloping PDA products for the US market, I find the major innovators are now gone. Now PalmOne and all the PocketPC vendors have no incentive to push the envelope. It's a shame really...
Between Advent Children and all the other Final Fantasy VII sequels that have been announced, it's good to see Square Enix acknowledging their most popular FF to date. Before Crisis - Final Fantasy VII is their entry into Mobile phone gaming. And then you also have Final Fantasy: Dirge of Cerberus, their PS2 sequel which focuses on one of the supporting characters in the game, Vincent Valentine.
For those of you who haven't played the original game yet, you should go out and get a copy. It's available for $20 under the classics banner, and boasts one of the most unique battle systems in an RPG. The "materia"-system offers so much flexibility, and let's you really customize your game. I love the materia-combos that can be created.

Now that's trivia!
