Most email and social network site do use a secure login, but it's not logging in that's the issue. After you've logged in securely, your session information keeps getting sent back and forth over regular http, instead of https, and there is enough information in there for firesheep to impersonate you.
While most of the items on the list are true, some are off the mark as far as I'm concerned.

Personally, I see more and more CDs sold in cardboard rather than plastic these days.

Classic Rock Stations? I usually listen to the CBC (Talk Radio) or classic rock, and I've never heard Britney Spears on a rock station.
I agree with Forest. Isn't it essentially the same thing as having a police car follow you around all the time? If they're allowed to do that, then following you with a GPS tracker doesn't seem like that big of a stretch.
