The Old Linux Guys who beat their chests and pull out hair The New Guys who won't listen to anything unless it says Linux is the best and then they get into a distribution arguement
Then you hear from the people that ACTUALLY WORK IN A COMPANY ENVIRONMENT that realize that Linux has its place for certain system applications. They also realize that it actually does cost money to switch to Linux.

Observe what people are doing and offer suggestions that will help them.
