I haven't seen much out there other than Sony with a $300 eBook reader that I may consider purchasing once it's released. I literally have hundreds of notes and eBooks in PDF format. I would love to carry it all with me and have the crispness of paper and not worry about battery life as compared to a laptop.

Now, only if I could only somehow rig my Etch-A-Sketch (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Etch_A_Sketch) to read SD Flash memory I'll be set.

You're both missing the point. You have to trust the establishment that you're doing business with and not worry about the bugs since there is no such thing as 100% safe code and not every person on this planet is honest.

Many security researchers, developers, hackers are very well aware of holes in banking software; many of which are so grave that if you had the slightest clue as to how weak the security was you'd never conduct online transactions. Nonetheless, millions choose to conduct business with an establishment due to an established history or perceived security that the establishment has. If some establishment ignores any reports of unusual activity then the smart choice is to RUN and NEVER look back since sooner or later it may come back to bite you is the A$$. What matters to most is how soon you get your money back should the establishment get breached.

HA! I don't think you've ever been in a 3rd world country! Some people in less prosperous counties have very good genetics but their tooth quality fades VERY quickly due to lack of fluoride supplementation and lack of funds for quality dental care as well as lack of good dentists. Organic food is GOOD for you and it probably will keep you healthier in the long run but don't confuse this with good dental hygiene and tooth quality.

I used to work for a Fortune 500 company a few years back that attempted the exact same stunt to a coworker that quit, they were hoping to scare him accepting employment from a much smaller consulting company which happened to compete with them. The 'dangers' of fat are vastly overrated, the body needs fats to function properly.

Not completely true, you should consume FAT in moderation. Also, different fats like saturated vs monosaturated both have different short term as well as long term outcomes. The average steak has more fat than you should consume on a daily basis due to people in the US being accustomed to eating 96oz t-bone steaks to stuff their fat asses.

The general health of Americans would be better if they cut out the donuts, cokes cakes, breads etc. and replaced them with more natural foods like steak, chicken and lamb. You only have to look at the sagging arms of most Americans to see they're not eating too much protein!

WRONG AGAIN! Look up the word NATURAL. What's NOT natural about breads, or should I say, what's more natural about meat? It's called: "Eat in moderation AND exercise you fat ass!" Promoting the Adkins diet will kill you, that is a fact and you can Google for it too! I can clearly see your intensions and I'm well aware of the serious misconceptions people aquire from reading about the Adkins diet or diets very similar to it. Do some more research or go pay a good doctor a visit and you'll discover how flawed your view is. I'm 5'10 weigh 170, ripped with a six-pack and I eat donuts too, but I hit the weights mulitple times a week to keep burning off the excess calories that I accumilate.

Yes, but this is generally true when REAL physical damage occures and possibly in other odd situations. You can't sue and win if you decide drink bleach whether free or not. The only time you could sue and win is if someone told you that you can drink bleach and that they've withheld any known possible negative symptoms like serious poisoning or even death.

The only other time you'd be able to sue an OSS project is if the software had hidden melicious code (spyware, backdoor, etc) with a proven intent to cause damage and harm whether physical or not.
