And you're suddenly the world expert on the historical validity of Jesus, are you? OK, I accept that you might not believe he is your saviour (and therefore you're right), but I doubt you'll find many serious historians that will claim that the Jesus of the Gospels didn't exist in pretty much the way the Bible portrays him.
Now read the book of Isaiah and compare the likenesses. Jesus' birth, life, death and resurrection fulfilled hundreds of OT prophecies, which we know predate the event thanks to the Dead Sea Scrolls.
That's not a fair comparison. The kernel underlying the Windows OSes you quote has not changed anything as like as much as the user interface.
If you compare Linux+KDE or Linux+Gnome, you'd see similar if not greater change. Anyway, who cares? WinXP and Win2k3 have hardly been met with unanimous praise, have they?
A little more than 200W, as the PSU isn't completely efficient, but the spare capacity isn't wasted. A 400W PSU doesn't use 100W more power than a 300W PSU.
I have many of my CDs ripped onto my hard drive for playing on my HTPC setup. I own the original CD for every single file, and never have a situation where the same file is used on more than one system simultaneously, and yet I'm all of a sudden a criminal. Thanks guys.
A decent designer today should be sticking with code that validates as HTML 4.01 Strict, and be aware of which features can cause problems in certain browsers. I suspect that's probably what you meant, but it's not what you said.
But I fully agree that a clean site in pure HTML or XHTML 1.0 (with Appendix C) totally outperforms the WYSIWYMGIYL rubbish out there.
So 1kph (10^3 * 10^-12 hours) is 1nh (10^-9 hours) which is 3.6ms. 581 of these is a shade under 2.1s. Which doesn't make much sense for a train.

And it had to be someone that hadn't read the article...

Unwise of him. HTML 3.0 was only ever a draft and never became a recommendation.
