True, but the point of incorporating your business is to protect from being sued in the court of law.
When you incorporate your business, it in itself is its own legal entity. Thus, when someone sues you, they legally sue the company, NOT you and\or your business partners.
It would be pretty wise to do so with all those frivolous lawsuits around.

[but hell, this is just coming from a 17 yr. geek who took economics last semester]
[I'd recommend to read "Natural Capitalism" by Paul Hawken]

I Remember that day [seriously]. Sept. 2000.
A 14 year old eight-grader, I heard a program called Napster [56K- ao hell connection at the time, ick!] when i was browsing the internet one day after school, like many of us do on a daily basis. I downloaded it...wow. A revolution became a reality. Right after, i told my friends @ school, about it [i was the 1st to use p2p there] then it came annoying when all the non-teck kids were pestering me how the hell to use that 'napster' program. I used the napster program to listen to my songs. Since that 3+ years, i've moved onto bigger and better things. [kceasy\gtk-gnutella\gift\winamp\xmms]

    [How do I know or not that a RIAA Rep might use this information against me in the court of law !??!?!}

While this is seriously my favourite movie, I don't think it would be a good movie @ parties, as most wouldnt even understand a good part of it without intently watching it, with sound.

While most e-mail users are digusted @ companies who spam and have business relations with spammers or spam-friendly ISP's; Google has not been mentioned yet as a part of that group.
By doing some searching on google - http://www.google.com/search?q=bulk+email+friendly +web+hosting+services&sourceid=mozilla-search&star t=0&start=0&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

It's evidently that would-be spammers can easily find spam-friendly ISP's with the help of Google's Sponsored Links.
Google profits through the Spam-Friendly ISP's sponsorships and advertisements.
Does anyone see anything ethically wrong with that ???

    damn, i agree with you.
The only reason I participate in downloading is because there's no option of buying eps of old\good stuff of "salute your shorts" and the like.

Plus, theres some of us out there who work on sunday nights and dont have TIVO; thus, would rather
have our own personal copy of the newest simpsons episode via p2p.

as a 17 year old teenager with computer-illerate parents, [my dad doesnt know how to turn on the compy - heh ] who has had internet for 4 years; I understand and agree with you very much. When I post on here and other forums, my parents are concerned that I'm giving away personal info or talking to some 50 year old male stalker pretending to be Lindsey, 15, from some suburb...

Anyways, Be honest with your kids and encourage them to be the same. Having an opnen-relationship quells some of their desire for rebellion. [Teenagers will want to do whatever is restricted, obvisiously] Plus, any filters put on by you will be disabled\hacked\whatever-nulled; because my peers and I will practically do whatever is necessary to do so, if they want the blocked content so badly. [Deleting history\Temporary Internet files\logs; using key-loggers to get the parents' passwords [if they cant guess the passwords, which often they do]; Changing the AOL Master screen name capibilities to theirs; or Using other internet browsers or via knoppix.

Parents should be the role model for their children, be honest with them about there's on the net and tell them they should be honest with what they do online and [most importantly] encourage them [and help them] to do what they're passionate with online.[provided it's not a negative activity and at least productive] Examples for their activies: their own website\server\lan\blog; building\repairing the computer; programming\coding....
