How much do you want to be that there's going to be a company in the near future that's "minimalistic" because it only makes a cell phone that does what it's supposed to do?
Blogger is relatively simple enough. Choose a template and start typing stuff. Then hit the big Post and Publish button. I don't know about photos though.
A lot of the best spam filters only work with POP3. And SpamPal doesn't like MyRealBox. So I think I'll compile SpamAssassin one day when I'm really, really bored.
