    This really has nothing to do with peoples feelings on the Patriot Act, it has more to do with fooling people about giving out their banking info.

    The point is they don't need a huge legal team, because they have already won their case, you can't sue again a few years latter for something you already lost.

    They already know this, parts of BSD are in SCO Unix. A trial was already held before SCO owned the rights. BSD won because AT&T and Bell Labs mishandled the copy right.

    Some moron buys something. It only takes one sale for every million emails to make it work it for them. Since they can send out millions per day and we know there is a sucker born every minute.

    I would suspect that the vast majority of their servers already run Linux

    I would suspect you have no clue what your talking about. I would imagine they have many servers running AIX and other IBM OS's

    You need to read your business history again. The first successful full implementation of JIT inventory system was used by Harley Davidson. It is what changed them from being on the brink of going out of business to becoming a highly profitable company.

    Another thing I see is people for some reason decide to reformat their hard drive and reinstall their Win XP within an hour they have blast because they don't have the patches again.

    I would think that msblast makes up a larger amount of the applications with network connections. I work for an ISP and there a still many customers who are afflicted with that virus.

    India developed nukes and Pakistan responded to India's developement. Yeah China may be the big boy in the neighborhood, but India is no saint, it is very aggresive against Pakistan. Afganistan has no border with India and no weapon that has the range to reach India, so you are cleary quite stupid to think that is justification for nukes.

    Why, if they are just involved in product development, why punish them. They may have a family that does not want to move. I don't think SCO employees are evil. If they have the skill they should be given a chance.

    You are correct about all three should not apply. But I think company should be granted protection on the copy right with a true software development. Now something like Amazons one click should not apply, but I think Windows 95 or OS X should apply.

    even an entity that is nonprofit, needs to have a model to substain its existance. They need to pay for bandwidth, hence a business model is needed to get the funding for it. So some with a limit little brain like yourself does not realize it but an organization does not have to have profit as it goal.
