Where is the proof of damage? Who is the victim? What guilt has the mind of the sued party possess? None. Those lawsuits are 100% illegitimate attacks on people's right to freedom. There is no victim. There is no crime. It's just bytes[]

  2. MVC Useless as EJB on Web Browser Programming Blurring the Lines of MVC · · Score: 0

MVC was just a hyped way to do simple things to sophisticated that the end result would have to be something very simple. Just like EJB. It's the cognitive fallacy of believing your code has more value when it has more functionality (more than your mind can hold) Keep it simple, stupid! I never bothered to develop in both ugly environments.

Let it go bureaucrats! Trademarks don't exist anywhere else in nature. Trademarks and copyrights are counter survival. Evolution is based on improvements. Smart people can't waste all their creative energy on explaining retards why prohibition of recreation is an insanity. We need to split out the free world and let the bureaucrats try to live on their own for a while. Those dinosaur minded "S" clowns up there are getting our money for making this circus. According to the UN human rights laws, every human is entitled the right to be treated as a person. It's not a liability, it's a right. One should be allowed to dis-person. It's time to make a country for smart people in a world of too many too old ideas.

  5. Re:Those "Traffickers" create your future on Internet Filtering Lobby Forms · · Score: 0

Some people listen to POP on the radio -- They get to listen to 8 hours of music which translates to 96 songs a day, which sums to about 50-60 artists or so Code monkeys like me listen to much different music then there is on the radio. We don't listen to popular stuff, I mean, Sometimes we also do. So to get to listen to 50-60 artists a day requires me to download few albums per artist in order to really evalute the artist fairly. 50 artists * 2 albums an artist a day sums up to 3000*$12 how does anyone expect a programmer to pay so much? Stop listening? LOL -- My friends make music and they dont care and no lawyered-up label is supporting them or any local scene that I know Illuminati bastards... Let the people calculate the truth not your mindless mantras!

  6. Those "Traffickers" create your future on Internet Filtering Lobby Forms · · Score: 0

Those "Traffickers" create your future network for all consumers They are programmers who need music to endure long and monotonic hours of cubical work. they cannot afford buying 150 albums a month for $12 each (at least) Do you suggest that we, musical explorers, listeners of all genres, hunters of best melodies... do you expect us to congest our appetite? Before file-traffickers (sounds to me like that character assassination made to drug sharing community ;-) ), MP3 was not near being a reality. And last thing, about musicians, and some succeeding ones are my friends, they all don't care how many albums are downloaded. Even if they don't return their money - Musicians do it for the soul. Salespeople and labels do it for the stardust, and money of course. With the improving home-studio technology, you will soon realize it's time for you to get a new job and do something productive for your fellow humans If person A does music and C listens and creates java code, why dont person B stop taking commissions and get a job like the other two? How about making pizza? There's always a demand and not "illegal trafficking" of pizza...

With prices as hi as 20$ per cd i cannot afford to buy the amount of music i can and do listen to each month. if the price was much less - much more ppl would pay for the music the listen to and record companies would make even more money. keep on sharing with your friends until legal mp3 price is reasonable!

I don't blame you for not understanding the reason behind each terror act and defense act. You are fed with partial information and it shouldn't be of your top interest to find out. So just for the little balance: >It really has escalated the last years, hasn't it? It has escalated few months before sharon was voted pm. Barak was in charge and he tried getting to an agreement with the palestinians. They didn't like being pushed to a peace agreement so they have escalated the terror to a suicide bomber per day for 2 months. At this time Israel did almost not respond in order not to ignite the area. 2 month I was sitting at home bcs i didn't want to take the chance to become splitted to pieces just for a drink outside. Sharon's first action was to get into Jenin and clean some terrorists infrastructure. Indeed, 1 month after we could feel safe again. >Both sides use them to the best of their abilities Wrong wrong wrong. Israel has the ability to wipe them with a button push. If you look at the current happenings you'll read about 12 israeli dead soldiers in gaza. They were in a deep operation to destroy bomb factories. Israel could send an airplance to take the factory out, but it would risk palestinian lives so we sent soldiers by foot. a mistake that i hope won't be repeated. Palestinian in their attacks mostly target civilians. wondeful way for self defense, shooting children. Have a look how an israli funeral looks and sounds like, then look at a palestinian funeral. One side is speaking about sorrow and pain, the other brings guns and shouts death to jews. i don't know... i can't balance ur view in one post, if you really feel it's important to understand what's going opn here u should read somewhere else, cnn's a joke. bbc too. try debka.com or haaretz.com for more accurate news.

what exactly is unfair? demolishing houses where snipers hide and shoot parents and their young kids on their way home?

Terrorists are different people. Any person that is capable of shooting down a pregnant woman in her 8th month and her 4 young daughters from 0 distance (shot in the head one by one) is not a human I can live in peace with. No matter whats the reason, no piece of land justifies such a brutal and unhuman acts.
