I'd sell it [...] and put the money into [...] an engagement ring for Ms. Right.
Have you found her yet? What's she like? Does she realize your in the IT biz? What about your nerd friends? Does she have any sisters? Wow... she must be so cool!
How much do you want to weigh?
Let's say you want to weigh 220 lbs. Eat no more than 2200 calories per day. 180 lbs? 1800 calories. Multiply your desired weight by 10 to get how many calories you should eat per day.
How many calories are in a pound?
3500. Burn 3500 calories and you've lost a pound. Stop drinking 3500 calories of soda and you've lost another pound. It's easier to lose weight by changing your diet than it is by exercising. Drink water. Just consider the number of calories in everything you drink in a typical day. You'll lose a few pounds a week just from drinking water.
What should you eat?
Fruits. Vegetables. Stay away from breads. No more candy bars. If you can't create the same food at home, you probably shouldn't eat it.
When should I eat?
Don't eat before bedtime. If you're hungry, drink a couple glasses of water instead. Water is filling! Also, by spreading out small meals throughout the day, your body will spend the entire day digesting which in turn, burns more calories per day.
Exercise is no fun?
You're right. So don't exercise. Just find something to do away from your computer. When you go to the grocery store, make a lap around the entire store before you start shopping. Try hitting golf balls at a driving range. Buy a dog just so you can walk it.:-) Leave things laying around the house that you know you'll need later just so you have to get up to go get them.
Transfer your domains away from Network Solutions. Right now, it seems that register.com is our biggest competitor. I'm not going to comment on their policies but I will say I'd prefer you transfer your domains to us.:-)
But at any rate, in all seriousness, no matter who you go with, transfer your domains away from NSI. They are simply too careless, IMO.
I think that most people wouldn't want this. The average non-MS user probably wouldn't want this. It's targeted towards developers who need a cheap way to develop Solaris applications. That's the people who need something like this.
IMO, Solaris owns the Unix market because every Unix application is ported to Solaris. It's the "standard". Keeping developers in cheap machines allows Sun to retain marketshare.
I'd just depressed the power button.... what follows is a install that proceeds with me firmly holding in the power button so it doesn't actually power down
Too bad these pesky ATX mobo manufacturers have circumvented that sneaky ploy.:-)
So, cutting the mass the rocket needs to carry by a third (by having an oxygen-breathing engine), you'll need to carry significantly less hydrogen to reach the same velocity.
True, but O2 weighs ~ 24 times that of H. I would think the weight cutting benefits would be just as enormous... someday...:-)

I noticed two grammer errors by Taco today but I didn't even notice Kewjoe's mistakes. I guess by the time I'm reading comments, I'm interested enough for my mind to overlook most errors. Unfortunately, Taco's comments usually don't intrigue me enough to bypass the normal grammer rules my mind implements on it's own free will.
There is protection of age discremination in the workplace but it only protects the older folk. Experience builds knowledge but as a whole, wisdom and maturity go hand in hand with age. If you want the respect, develop the wisdom and maturity.
I truly understand where you might be coming from. I once believed as you do. However, when you are dying with a disease, I believe your opinion will be changed.
The "good" telescopes typically start at around the $400 range, and quickly get more expensive from there.
Just remember that the heavier the telescope the better the tripod you will need. It's better to have a poor telescope with a good tripod than a great telescope with a mediocre tripod.
Just realize that you can focus on a steady fuzzy image better than you can focus on a bouncy clear one.:-)
ummmm..... as every other stock holder will tell ya, Lucent is insecure. :-)
The volatility would be incredible.
Wow... that's only $11.20 USD per man, woman, and child. What kind of money is MSFT making off of the average US person?
I think that point that needs to be realized with Japan is that they're currently in a 10 year recession.

Lots and lots of girls :-)

Except when they use Javascript mouseovers.
Don't forget that it's a complete GUI OS and GUI web browser. :-)

I have just been in the mind of a genius. Robert Watson truly knows what's going on.
Ask them a question that they won't know the answer to. See how easy it is for them to say, "I don't know."

By using NIS/NIS+, you won't have common user accounts on each machine. Each machine will log into a central server.
