    Are there software bugs in any software Google is in control of yes or no answer you have no argument. Software is always tested now and there are bugs you have no argument. All it will take is 1 accident, 1 and Google car will be sued into oblivion.

    Engineering is done by humans as as the thousands of poorly engineered building,bridges, cars, planes,trains, consumer products killing thousands/millions have shown us is that engineering is no guarantee of safety. So why should i trust Google to engeneer a car when thaey cant even make a safe OS? Or fix it in a timlee manner or just say its an old version buy a new one. A little silly but not far fetched.

    Of course i can handle it ya need to think a little harder about that statement. We all have full control of driving our cars. I will more then likely be dead by the time theses "cough" cars will be on the market. And dont forget humans program the cars so they WILL be imperfect. Parts break so they will be imperfect They need the ticket money so they will be banned as well by most states and countys that money will have to be replaced by higher tax's if not banned. Its a lot more involved then just being somewhat safer. Might as well just take public transportation,Trains but the rail system that was removed will have to be taken back and new rails be put up.

    Does it matter?? Hell ya it matters what ever happens to asking for permission Or asking what people would like? I think its very fair that they have advertising on web sites but not advertising that flashes blinks takes focus. just normal text advertising. Commercials on TV dont take focus away from the program running do they? Follow me on there site sure thats fair but once i leave that cuts the bind i owe them nothing but yet they continue so i use ad blockers, cookie removers, clean out the Internet folder after every close thats what ya get for being dishonest and taking too much.

    Na i like the idea of calling the elected reps or public meeting where they cant hide. Its a far better way to get them to know we mean business. Mass emailing are ok but not near as personal as a phone call. Oh and the SS would surely be at the meeting as well as the FBI and the NSA and the CIA they might think we are the enemies.

    They start getting tons of calls to their offices they will take notice. Dont send mass copies of emails, Call them, leave a message Privacy must be #1. no one spys on anyone to make a profit.

    No WE must Fight. Go to public meeting when the ELECTED Congressmen/women who write these laws. Question then send a clear message change it or be removed from office. The reason it has gotten so bad is not because big company's dont fight it its because we the electors choose to ignore it. I'm guilty as well but i do vote.     I think to make the point to theses money mongers is to hire a detective to follow them outside and write down little notes and make it so theres no confusion they are being followed and tracked for what they are doing. We dont tell the detective who it is they are following just need a picture of them And there home address i wounder just how they might feel. Advertisers its NOT ok to spy on people without permission or we will start to follow you. :}

    Since your a lawyer then you know the reason it is only sometimes enforced or even pursued Justice is not Free in the USA. Some justice costs more then others depending on the lawyer or depending on how much money can be taken by said lawyer. Thomas Jefferson was a salve owner, hardly worthy of being quoted in this century as far as anything related to ownership. Your land argument is again Rubbish. The only people who can afford Copyright protection in the whole world is people with enough money to protect it.
