People tried it because it was a bare bones browser in the time of dialup and expensive RAM and memory. Paying for a browser at that time wasn't an issue saving memory and having a small footprint because of dialup was a big issue. Marketing because of it being FOSS was only an issue for the FOSS people
Who makes theses decisions to hijack search traffic? Do any of theses corporation use there lawyers. I mean this is a no brainier stupid/illegal move and why did they think someone wouldn't find out? I have RCN i can say this hasn't happened to me but i don't use the search bar i search right from google.com.
Total Fail. They are "stealing" others computers/servers/internet connection/electricity . Did they ask for permission to use all those computers to shut down PayPal or to steal the data? It not even close to being a valid interpretation because they were/are using stolen resources to do the DOS attack. And steal data that doesn't belong to them and alot of other things they have done and stole. There flat out criminals.

No, "That" type of game may be too long. We cant compare detective games with all RPG games Like the infamous Final Fantasy Series. If i bought a FF game that was under 50 hrs i wouldn't buy it. i was pissed to find out the new Witcher game was under 40 hrs,i like gaining strength,spells and so on And i want them in single player format.:}
What these guys are doing now is mush more serious and may get them killed instead of jailed. They are playing Espionage Vs the US military. Selling,or giving or using for there own benefit military data that doesn't belong to them might get them a date with a firing line. And guess what, im all for it. Just because you CAN do something doesn't make it the right thing to do. If you want to play you better be ready to pay and some of theses guys might pay an ultimate price. Time will tell
The word Artist is used way way to generously theses days. Some very popular so called Art sites think everything that is photographed,drawn,sprayed is art. Which is a bunch of BS. This guy is no artist theses of you who think he is don't try to convince me he is.:}
Ah age discrimination the number 1 strike. interesting considering age discrimination is against the law in all 50 states. Now i can see a person having trouble finding jobs that are physical in nature but as long as you keep your mind busy it shouldn't come into the picture for non physical jobs don't ya think?
This is the same thing as saying the gun maker is at fault. Just because a tool can do bad things it shouldn't be banned,why punish everyone. Punish the ones who use it for criminal acts that's the way it should always be.
I think its pretty cheap actually. If the advertising brings consumers/tourism to there country. What difference does is make? TV ? Radio? Internet? Last time i checked advertising isn't free.

I have played alot of RPG games and the word scrolls is not common at all. And that word is not normal except for history class middle ages.

I would think that asking a patent lawyer would be the only thing to do. Any advice here is just that, advice.

This will eventually be fixed by a smart judge. Unless the laptop is reported stolen you dont have the right to spy on anyone. Its just common sence.
