    ok who has the right to place a cookie, that cant be deleted by the computer owner? That sound like malware to me even if its not an exe it collects data and sends the data when requested. Who would be stupid enough to place undeleteable cookies anyways? the repercussions would not be very good for there business. On a side note i don't believe web sites,business have the right to spy on where i come from or where i go outside of there site,they do however have the right to see what we do on there site. If you want information from a user ASK,don't TAKE without asking

    I don't see how this is unexpected. Apple is a noob in the cell phone industry, that means the only patents they may have had were ones they bought from other company's or are paying License fees for. They just haven't been in the business long enough to have built up a cell phone patent war chest so there going to get sued by everyone.

    The have already lost the most important thing in business and in life, Trust. They have in the past shown they do not care about our privacy,lying to us installing hidden programs,tracking cookies and god knows what else they have had and didn't get caught at yet.They tried years and years to self regulate and the only way they got any really control is when congress spanked there asses with the do not call list. This shows they will do as little as possible until forced by laws. They are untrustable and a long history to back that up

    This kid did what exploit hunters do, release code to the internet knowing it can be used for criminal purposes. And if hes smart enough to be messing around with the code then he should have been smart enough to figure it will be used for bad purposes. Thats what history of releasing exploits tell me anyways. And some say its twitters fault,well its not twitter who is paying, its the exploited users that pay. I think those who have the knowledge have a mush more responsibility to NOT abuse there knowledge. This kid abused his knowledge,knowing other could use the exploit for bad purposes.

    And just how do companies know where to send the monthly bills???? The judge is a moron. When i give my address to an ISP its for billing and maintenance ONLY. I don't expect the company to give,sell my name address its not there to give,sell. Thats how i see it but since when does what we say mean anything anymore?? And since when do lawyers and judges live the life's of normal citizens??

    This is the reason I'm dumping gmail and any google products. Free from google is a cost to great. And i don't have a problem with them showing adverts with search results that a fair deal. But google goes too far beyond that and saves everything i do,go say,see,write,receive. Once i leave google.com google has no business in my business.

    I have to say no to this, It should not be on by default. As much as everyone loves foxfire they make mistakes updates brick computers and so on. If we have no clue there was an update before the computer acts up this is a bad thing. We all ask what was the last thing you did? correct? It can be an option but thats it, an option.

    I would think that since the cable company's,wireless company's have excepted government money"Our Money" to build there networks it doesn't fully belong to them?? I remember once there was this county camping park for Montgomery county residents and for years the residents had first shot at camping and at a cheaper price as well. But they made a mistake by excepting US government money for fixing the roads since they excepted the money then then had to allow anyone access to the park and at the same prices. Everyone benefits from the road repair wouldn't this be the same thing Cable company's excepted government money to build cable lines,shouldn't everyone be allowed the same access then??

    But you get payed for every door you make/install don't you? How fast would you go out of business if everyone decided to not pay you for your work or materials? so why shouldn't an artist get payed for every album thats sold. No one has the right to give the artists work away for nothing they don't own it and ya cant give something away you have no rights too. No your just sugarcoating a lame reason to justify your stealing,nothing else.
