What I don't like is working for an isp as a sysadmin then getting home to my cable modem to find that because every idiot with an infected pc has been spamming my dynamic ip has been tarred with the same brush.
My mail server at home can no longer send out mails because nearly all of comcasts ip's have been blacklisted even by the company I work for.
Anyway most isp's I know wouldn't cut off a connection on the grounds of one complaint without proof. And as most of this spam being generated is spoofing almost everything the spam email is not proof enough to disconect someone.

I use a sky plus system (think tivo but not as functional in some areas) and it records 4 or 5 programs a week (each lasting an hour)
Although it only takes about 45 mins to watch each of the programs (there are adverts ??)
The rest of the time it's Star wars galaxies
Now what they need is a new reality show called Big Bubba where they take a load of famous people and put them in a maximum security prison.
No cameras.
Tv is dead but at least in the states you don't have to pay to own one.
Around where I live it's the 12 year olds breaking into peoples house stealing cars and joyriding so in my experience it would be fine for a police officer to arrest the 12 year olds.
(if they have id or not).
It wouldn't make any difference if they did arrest the 12 year olds anyway they would be out in a matter of hours breaking into to someone elses house.
Sunny England where the criminals appear to have all the rights.
Well depending on what press they release regarding this will guage my response.
If there is no blaming of the linux community I will simply black hole the ip of their website.
If there is bad press I won't open it again.
My bad. This is another pie in the sky idea from someone else (the airship one is currently looking for millions to build the infrastructure for it).
Is it just me or is it these ideas come around every few years then disapear.
And this is england. It's not exactly a big place. Why do we need these things when the money could be used to lay cable ?
I went to a seminar that this company attended and I asked exactly the same question.
And because they would be using low pressure helium filled baloons the hole that you would have to create to get this thing to have an uncontrolled decent would have to be pretty big for the helium to escape.
For example you can still get.22 rifles over here and you would have to hit the thing so many times you would get very very bored waiting for it to come down.
Now what you need is a harpoon gun.

If computer games influenced the way I acted I would spend most of my time in a darkened room listening to repetative music eating pills. Doh !!
