IANAL, but this section from the bill seems to indicate that you would need to sell, lease, or rent the game to the minor:

    A. An interactive video or computer game shall not be sold, leased, or rented 7 to a minor...

I have to agree with you. And apparently so does this Cameron Moll Article at A List Apart.

I'd much rather stick with TARGET=_NEW and let the browser handle where to open the link.

Programmers do work that is easily repeatable by others. Sorry, but it's the truth . . . ten programmers may implement a spec slightly differently, but the end result is basically the same.

I'm pretty sure that you can say the same thing about any number of "musicians". Especially blues, rock, or country musicians.

I would probably say that the Jewish holocaust in the 1930s and 1940s or King Leopold II's decimation of the Congo in the 1880s is a much larger hate crime than the 9/11 attacks.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to trivialize our losses due to the 9/11 attacks, I'm just saying that there have been worse crimes commited out of sheer hate.

It makes me wonder what would have happened differently if communication was where it is today during the time of Leopold and Hitler.

I've always wondered why the RIAA doesn't set up their own file-sharing 'network' and just sell advertisements.
