There are basically three types of people on the internet today.
1. The people who are so clueless they can harm their computer, their company's computers, other computers on the internet, etc. without even trying.
2. The people who are not clueless and get to deal with all the problems the clueless people created.
3. The people who are not clueless and get to have fun with all the clueless people.
Thus the Cycle Begins...
1 are the people you gotta watch out for.
3 are the people who get to laugh at the whole mess.
2 are the people who try and fix 1's problems and then blame it on 1 who blames it on 3, 2 rebuts by saying that it was dumb for 1 to open that e-mail in the first place.
I've got Comcast and I've seen only one of those messages in the past week, I thought it was more of a joke, but then I read the article, and nope, it's no joke at all. But what does it matter to me?
Why not use the 5.8GhZ band and make the signal digital instead of analog? Or else some other higher band.
There'd never be a problem with media giants getting angry over the kid down the road with the FM transmitter if you didn't use the FM band for this stuff. You'd need the right gear to listen in, but hey, "There's nothing wrong with that." says corporate America.
How about allowing a mix? DDR, Running, other activities. A little like elementary school PE, but I got a real kick out of dodgeball. Too bad they banned that here in our district. Seems some parents got angry when one their kids got hit in the face by a foam ball.
Meanwhile, the Xarkonian scientists on Xarkonia 4 are still trying to figure out what caused their research ship to crash and burn on a small blue green marble...
