I would sign all my previous work over to a trusted friend. That way you would have no work for the company to take. Then, when your internship is over, just have him (or her) sign it all back to you. Rich people do it all the time with their money and property right before they get sued.
The part that sucks the most is when both of the leadng candidates spam, which means that I can't use it as a way to simplify my voting decision process.
Too bad there aren't any third parties you could pick from instead...
You actually make a good point. Even if you download a torrent file, you might never actually download the movie it points to. I bet no lawsuits will come out of the logs simply because they can't prove you actually did anything wrong (As far as I know, the torrent file alone is not illegal but I could be mistaken).
Isn't using Mozilla/Netscape/Firefox all about being different anyway?
Wearing fishnets and painting your nails black is all about being different. Using Firefox/Mozila is all about having control over browser and having a better alternative to the de facto browser monopoly.
Will such a move help or hurt him this late in the game?
Unfortunately it won't hurt him. The Democrats seem to be a bit slow on jumping on all the "flip-flopping" (I hope I never hear that word again after tis election) that the President does and the Republican are too good at redirecting the public's attention when Bush does something stupid.
whoever thought of this didn't think people would find out?
Since when has this administration cared about people finding out about the stupid stuff they do? They'll just issue a press release that says it's for "security" reasons and that they are "staying the course" and "being strong and decisive."
Firefox is notoriously bad at coming out on the days they say it will. November 6th? Not gonna happen.
Most of the parties aren't being planned on the day of the release anyway, seeing as how it is (I believe) on the 11th which is a Thursday.
From the site: *Hint* Suggested date for your parties is: Friday, November 19 - Sunday, November 21
trac + subversion works well.
I always heard it was the cotton industy that lobbied to make hemp illegal.

Playboy magazine had an article some years...
You mean you actually read the articles?

You may have meant spreadfirefox.com.
...Jon Stewart '08. (Hopefully Lewis Black will be his running mate.)
1) Don't take candy from strangers
But their candy is always better than my candy...
I think it's just a PR stunt, something the Libertarians have always been good at.
Apparently they aren't very good at PR or maybe they'd have a better showing in the elections.
he got relected so we ARE all stupid (america atleast)
Dont blame me, I voted for Kodos...I mean Kerry.
Maybe we should take up a spreadfirefox.com-like donation and buy Doubleclick and then distroy all the data they have collected over the years.
Thanks for the two helpful links in the article ;)

If Kerry is going to get faulty intelligence, I'd rather it be on baseball scores than on, say, whether a country should be invaded.
Of course, both sides tell plenty of lies in their ads.
How many versions of AutoCAD do you see for Macintosh or Linux?
I think there is a difference between writing valid html/xhtml or whatever and writing a cross platform AutoCAD program.
Isn't the truth the truth?
You must not follow politics much.

I'm just glad they provided a student price. $30 is a lot more to a poor college student like me than $10 is.
Is it sad that I just ran your code? It worked, by the way. See the results here.
