I was about to write how the Phantom is still vaporware because we've still only seen renders of the box. But I followed your link and found this one and I guess it might be for real... It's something to have the first look to be of the reporter smashing it up.
I bet Nintendo and the like have nothing to worry about.

That's incredible! You're right that the review is cut-and-pasted. I hate to say it but this is a great example of how/. needs to have a way to moderate stories off the front page.

"So? He's the reason we know about it. Let him have the reward."
I guess he got his reward. He's at number one on the site's list of Top 10 Members with 10605 "credits", almost twice number two.
1. MyOrangeHat 10605
2. HandsofBlue 5500
3. FaithAntoinette 5155
Who knows what credits get you though?

Looking at there website makes me think I was wrong but, I would have assumed the game has some sort of online component that would be compromised now that the 'Gold' copy has become public before the actual release. A good excuse for Slitherine Software would have been that they want the retail release to be more secure so that they would be ahead of the potential cheaters who would have cheats based of the Gold copy.

It's an amazing thing to see your hometown on Slashdot.
I can believe that Intel is behind all this, after all they were behind the new High School being built(tax breaks).
heh heh, indeed
