    Actually let me play the other side for you by asking some rhetorical questions. Is it not within a states power to publish documents? Is it not within a states power to provide advice on subjects or make rules or regulations? Does naming Pluto a planet force any other state to also recognize it as such? How does this affect you if you do not reside in Illinois?

    With all that said; was it as waste of time? Yes. Was it egregious and wrong? By no means. Remember states do hold on to some sovereignty even though they are a part of the republic.

    VB.NET is actually a great programming language. Really for Web Development it's only second to C#.NET.

    That completely misses the point. The point here is that a Router which is designed to run CPU intensive protocols and the like is speced with hardware to support it. The next model of that same Router will have Incremental upgrades to the CPU and Memory. The point here is that Cisco ceases to support Routers long before they cease to be able to actually perform the function they were purchased for.

    It is a card but it is not a "credit" card. They are not extending you credit. They just let you piggyback on their authorization network.

    Most of those errors are simply because they declare HTML 4.01 Strict. If they simply changed doctype to transitional it would probably validate just fine.

    Holy crap. Some of those errors are little kid type errors! I made those mistake back when I was in high school in 1997 when I first learned HTML. The difference though is that I never published a webpage which had such errors. Seriously, how do you not put in the quotes around the color codes? That's lame.
