    It's hard to get in most states. You usually need to go to Canberra, the nation's capital, to get the hard stuff, but this may have changed. Given that customs are federal, I see a demarcation dispute here. Technically, interstate travellers should be checked as well. Maybe we should train the fruit beagles to sniff for porn too.

    It all comes down to the value of the seal / brand. If they put it on everything, then it loses its value. Taking some money from Nintendo and putting their seal on some Wii games should not damage the brand as it were. If they took the cash and endorsed couch-potato games, they'd be in trouble.

    LKG isn't System Restore. It simply rolls back part of the registry (HKEY_SYSTEM/Current Control Set) to the last time it booted successfully. Any damage to HKEY_Software or the file system isn't covered. I've also had things crash after it decided that the current CCS is good, making the next reboot a pain. It's mostly there to deal with buggy newly installed drivers.

    I always think of ACL as Access Control List. Works quite well in this case.
