    And how does this affect overal readability ?

    A copy of a page, double enlarged is still the full page which reads easier than a piece of text which is electronically enlarged on a small screen.

    The real problem with this lies with the DRM.

    I've knew two guys who copied their A4 books to A3 format; so they could read their materials anyways.

    Break the DRM and blind people will be offered options to use textbooks as they want. Not like Amazon wants..

    How freaky can it be to have a book, which you can't print or copy a page from, for further reference; in a SCHOOL?

    Any keystroke brings the video player back to normal size .. drives me nuts!

    I've been thinking a lot lately about the dangers of EM radiation around us.
    If this is true, energy can be created from those signals in the sky ; one might wonder which effect this has on the human body, DNA and the brains.

    Daily signals get added with watts/megawatts of power behind it. It's already proven DECT could create medical problems.

    So, how safe are we really inbetween this vast space of electromagnetic radiation? And how does this affect our lives with all those signals combined bouncing off and through our bodies by the second, mostly for commercial gain?

    Technology and robots have been in our lives for some time now; although controlling them is still yet another thing; ....since we don't trust our machines to be our intelligence and life saviors ... or do we ?

    Return queries in encrypted format for those countries which don't treat information equal.

    This is easy to implement through Javascript calls; if google can use Javascript to fade in the search screen, they should for sure have it easy to implement a proxy which encrypts/anonimizes any queries. A third party could create this service as proxy service and host it on multiple domains/servers, creating the search calls through the Google API or by direct screen scrapes.

    I've used javascript before, to MD5 encrypt the user password -before- it gets sent to the server. This same scheme could be used to encrypt the first search entry and go further on the MD5/SHA1 hashes ... P2P and SSL encrypt the entire thing and it might defeat the great wall of china if used wise.

    It sounds so much better than "stolen" or "missing" when you found it back.

    Unix has created it's own solution for it, you know, for stolen bits!

    On the black market, stolen bits are much more worth. /lost+found will contain all your "misplaced items"!
