Actually you're not far off, currently in the beta, after a match you can choose to commend players within four categories: Friendly, Forgiving, Teaching and Leadership. This also shows up on your public profile.
Furthermore you can report players within these categories: Intentional feeding, voice abuse, text abuse and intentional ability abuse.
I imagine this is going to be the basis for their new pricing system.
Wouldn't that make your dvd-player sound like a moped when trying to accelerate the disc? I guess that would add a DTS-like sound to movies such as Ghost Rider
