  1. Re:Way to go moon! on Astronomers Catch Asteroid Striking Moon On Video · · Score: 1, Offtopic

I actually did a science fair project once testing whether the moon's gravity led to Earth getting hit with fewer asteroids. The effect was statistically insignificant.

    Cool story.

Maybe thats the whole point of this exercise. Getting the companies to admit that IP address alone don't prove anything, so courts can tell them to back off when they show up with this "evidence".

Glad they are finally picking these guys up. I discovered them about two or three years ago during spring break. This stuff isn't even there funniest, although it is a little more mainstream. Too bad going corporate has had such a profound impact on their comedic style, but I guess you gotta sell out at some point to pay the bills...

Reminds me of a project a few of my friends and I did over spring break back in the early 90's. Only instead of USB drives we used floppy disks. Looks like they pretty musch just took our idea into the present day. Surprising they didn't give credit to the idea to us original pioneers. Hopefelly they will respond to our emails and give proper credit where its due.

I hope they can live with the blood of the Man on the Moon on their hands. The GreenHouse effect will surely make the moon uninhabitable.

Sure, maybe his website isn't really hurting Apple, but the fact of the matter is that there is a leak inside Apple. We aren't just talking vague speculation and second hand info that seems to be pretty close, but someone who is providing intricate details of upcoming and unreleased products. So if this same person is also sharing this info and maybe much much more to competitors, you can start to see where the damage may be. Apple is trying to find the leak and stop it before it truly does cause any (or more) harm.
